A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Beautiful home in Picton!

There couldn’t be a better location for a gorgeous VRBO in the county. Walking distance to the beautiful downtown area. Home was gorgeous, clean and way bigger than anticipated! All around a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend for larger groups.
