Sunset Princeville Vacation Home, Beautiful Mountain and Waterfall Views!

This home is great for a family or for a couple on a romantic get away, it is located on the golf course in the beautiful Princeville Sunset Drive Community, open space with gorgeous mountain views. There is a community gated pool and a tennis / pickleball court for the Sunset Community residents and guests. The home is a 5 minute walk to the 1 Hotel Hanalei in Princeville with beach access or you can drive to beautiful Hanalei Bay. The Sunset home is comfortable and accommodating.
There is a large back yard and a BBQ Grill on the upper lanai. The living room features a 55” smart high TV, also high speed internet. The master bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen TV and a bathroom consisting of an over sized tub and walk in shower, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a queen in each room and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a jog walk path along the golf course of Ka Haku Road leading to shops, restaurants, the community park, and to the 1 Hotel Hanalei.

The home is walking distance to the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, shop’s, restaurants, and beach access.
Accommodation includes, wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, blender, 12 cup coffee maker, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and beach umbrella, .a great place to stay!
To access the living room, lanai and kitchen, you must be able to go up and down one flight of stairs.
As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is not air conditioned, however there are fans in each room and screen doors on the lanais to help with airflow throughout the house.
