Aloha! Come and enjoy Hale Ho’ola. Our “House of Healing”, situated atop a bluff overlooking the beautiful blue Pacific is a corner unit so private, that it feels like you are the only ones there! Surrounded by the beautiful sights and sounds of the ocean along with the swaying of the tropical nature, this unit is sure to give you the comfort and peaceful feel that only comes with having just the right spot!
Being a corner unit and facing the trade wind direction allows for beautiful breezes throughout this unit as well as on the lanai. It’s location is perfectly placed with easy access to the pool as well as available parking close by.
Enjoy the sunset colors on the lanai while having appetizers and drinks.
This unit has been recently remodeled with tasteful touches including updated appliances in the well supplied kitchen.

Located in Princeville on Kauai’s gorgeous North Shore, this condominium is just minutes away from Hanalei Bay, and all the spectaculars Kauai has to offer. Here you will discover many shops and restaurants while enjoying the laid back vibe. You can also rent kayaks on the river or just enjoy a relaxing day at the beach. Fantastic condo in Princeville! Everything was as advertised and we had a very lovely stay! Quiet, nicely furnished and more than enough room for my wife and I. Loved sunrises on the lanai being greeted by the birds and the ocean breezes. Highly recommend!

Ali'i Kai has some of the best views on the North Shore and this unit did not disappoint. With updated appliances and tasteful decor, it felt very luxurious. Some of the furniture however was a little uncomfortable. It is also is a great place to stay that is central to most of the North Shore restaurants and locations. The owner was easy to contact and responded very quickly.Overall we would highly recommend this rental unit.

Wir hatten einen absoluten Traumurlaub in diesem Condo!Allein der Ausblick auf den Pazifik ist der absolute Traum! Es war alles da, was man braucht, eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kaffeemaschine
. Alles da! Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es gibt zwar keine Klimaanlage aber dadurch dass immer ein wenig Wind weht und die Fenster ausklappbar sind, reichen die sehr leisen Deckenventilatoren total aus! Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

The host was awesome. We had a little problem with a ceiling fan and she got it resolved asap. The condo was exactly like it was described. Actually I thought it was better than describedThe views were great and the location is really nice. Great access to the north side of the island Easy parking and with all the beach amenities a family would need. We used the towels, cooler (with ice packs) and beach chairs. Made the beach visits so much betterWith that, there are a couple of things to note.No ac, not a problem but you just need to be aware. It cools off at night but just keep that in mind. The ceiling fans help keep you cool so those are a great featureOf course if you have the windows open you will get to experience the early morning crows of the roosters so sleeping is in might be a challenge The check out list was pretty simple, start a load of wash, take out trash, and clean up after yourself. I look forward to come back to the island. I would stay here again

Beautiful property, overlooking the ocean in a beautiful community. The check in process was easy, the property was clean and beds comfortable. My friends and I had a wonderful time and the host was accommodating to both an early check in and late check out, which was helpful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Princeville/North Shore Kauai!

My family had a fantastic stay here! The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the views were outstanding. The location was great, just a short drive to Hanalei and close to the Princeville Center. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else!

Quiet location with awesome ocean view

My first impression of this condo was positive and stemmed from the prompt response to all my queries from Deborah the property manager. The property was well maintained and the inside of the unit very clean. The view of the ocean was awesome. Our group included 3 adults. We wanted a quiet place to call home for the week and this condo was perfect. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio and then set out for our daily activities. Having the grocery store so close was very helpful as we arrived late in the afternoon. The condo was well stocked with supplies including kitchen necessities, beach chairs, beach umbrella etc. Parking is very convenient. Deborah was very responsive and before I arrived I already felt comfortable that our stay was going to be a success. I would not hesitate to book this condo again.
