Our condo home is lovingly appointed with everything you need to feel like you’ve arrived in your own tropical home away from home. New, stylish, and comfortable furnishings & original artwork. Plenty of plush towels & high thread count, 100% cotton bedding. A gourmet kitchen with slab granite countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook & entertain. A lanai perfectly furnished for relaxing, soaking in the views, and outdoor meals. Novels, games, movies, & Hawaiian music to enjoy during your stay. And, beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards, & cooler so you can hit the beach with everything you need.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with the master and second guest bathrooms en suite—perfect for families and couples (or singles) traveling together!


Other amenities include wireless DSL, a pool with waterfall, a hot tub, a gas grill, and a fitness center that's available at no charge to all guests staying in our condo.

We loved our stay at this property. The area and the condo were beautiful. The condo has everything that we needed. It is spacious, nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. It is in a nice complex. We used the hot tub several times during our stay. The surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to do. We were close to the grocery store, many restaurants and beaches. We will definitely be back. I would not hesitate to book this property, you will not be disappointed!!

Communication was poor with local contact. Solution to our problem was not ideal for our group. Host was aware of the problem before we arrived and didn’t communicate the issue to us before our arrival. Wouldn’t stay here again due to lack of communication with local contact. I contacted host when we returned home and was told that this is how things are done in Hawaii. Not even a apology.

Family trip/stay for son’s wedding

There was plenty of room for 5 people. This property is close to a grocery store and restaurants. The pool was quiet and perfect on days we didn’t want to go to the beach. The property manager was responsive when we had questions. About a 10 minute drive to Hanalei for more restaurants and shopping and hanalei beach. Looking forward to returning for a vacation

Beautiful Condo

This was a spectacular condo with an outstanding location. Our family was extremely comfortable in this 3 bedroom condo. It was so well stocked with everything we needed for the beach and pool. The pool was close and easily accessible. The AC worked so well. Overall we had a phenomenal time in Princeville staying at this lovely condo.

We had another wonderful stay at the Plantation Condos in Princeville. The condo has a great layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, the pool area is nice and the location is great—halfway between the shopping center and 1 Hotel at the end of the road.

Debbie's condo was a great place to stay for a family. It was conveniently located to beaches, restaurants and the grocery store and access to the pool was an added bonus after having left the beach, but not yet done for the day. We would definitely stay here again.

A week in paradise

The condo was perfect for our family of 6! We had all we needed and a small grocery store 1/2 miles away was perfect to allow for a few meals. The condo was spacious and well maintained. The property was beautiful, right on the golf course. Debbie was great and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

We came to Kauai for my oldest grand daughters 13th birthday - the Island was beautiful and the condo was wonderful roomy and comfortable we barbequed by the pool often I would gladly rent this unit again!
