Stayed here for part of our honeymoon. Tried to cancel the reservation as soon as we walked in and saw the room but we couldn’t get our money back. The Cliffs does not look like the photos shown on here. Staff in lobby is rude. Rooms are hot with no A/C. Visitors need to go to the lobby to swap their own towels. We checked out after 1/3 nights even though we “weren’t allowed any money back”. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Staff is friendly, the rooms are beautiful and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. It has good walking trails around but no walkable restaurants.
