Surrounded by lush foliage with the beautiful north shore mountains in the background, this lovely townhouse is very inviting. Elegant furnishings and thoughtful amenities throughout add to the comfort and enjoyment of its guests.

The living area upstairs is quite spacious with many windows lending an open and airy feeling. Enjoy tropical breezes as you relax on the lanai amid sunset's colorful skies and any time.

This wonderful home features two master suites with dual sinks in the bathrooms making it perfect for two couples. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it convenient to prepare meals at home. You may even want to check out the sunshine markets, held in various towns island-wide, for fresh, local produce to include in your recipes. Dining out is easy; the difficult part is choosing from such a wide variety of nearby restaurants right in Princeville and the neighboring town of Hanalei.

Golfers are delighted about being such a short walk from the Makai Golf Course and a very short drive to the Prince Golf Course. Both have fabulous views to enjoy while you seek that elusive hole-in-one.

Other activities and adventures that await you nearby include seasonal swimming, snorkeling, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, horseback riding, sailing, boat tours of Na Pali, fishing and shopping.

The place was spotless and very well maintained. The location was fantastic, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning. We did have a small issue with the washing machine, but when we reached out, the hosts were very understanding and apologized right away. They were incredibly warm and thoughtful—welcoming us with Kauai coffee and cookies, which was such a lovely touch. We stayed for seven days and had a great experience overall. We would definitely book again on our next visit.

Beautiful Views

The views in this property are stunning. Every day we enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. The mountains are breathtaking. We loved the location. It was close to Hanalei Bay and Anini Beach where we spent a lot of time. Princeville has all you need. We enjoyed the Princeville art night on Sunday. It was fun and we loved the Filipino food tent, it was very good. Location is really good on this VRBO. The property is in a small gated community and the grounds are very well kept up. The pool area is nice and there is a grill. The property is spacious with a full laundry room. The 3 bedrooms are spacious & the three bathrooms worked great for us. Beds were comfortable. It is a tri level with stairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare meals. The garage has beach chairs and all you need for a great beach day. There is a parking spot & the garage for parking. There isn’t air conditioning and we kept the windows open. It cooled down at night. No AC wasn’t an issue for us because we were out and about exploring during the day. The property management is fantastic and always willing to help. They were great to work with. We had a late flight and were able to purchase a late check out which allowed us to enjoy an additional day at the beach before leaving. I would stay again. The stairs and no AC wasn’t an issue for us.

Amazing views, location and space!

I absolutely loved staying here. The town home is huge! Two master suites and another room for two more guests. The view out the deck is spectacular. Kaua’i vacation rentals wa super easy to deal with.

Was able to check in after office hours. Very quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors.

It was an awesome experience. We plan to come back and hopefully get the same condo. There is no AC. We kept the windows open. Some window screens had damage and some bugs were able to enter. There were maybe 5 roaches and one bit my wife. There were also a couple of lizards that scared my son. We are in Kauai so we expected some bugs. I am going to miss this place and the chickens.

The Property was Convenient, Clean, and North Island Friendly (activities)

The owner obviously cares about the property from impressions while we were there. There was beach gear, cooler for storing drinks while at the beach and on the road. The neighborhood was very quiet. We (50+ YOA siblings and wife) would stay here again. The rental management company answered all of our questions and gave us very useful info for touring the island.

Perfect home base for a family of five

We loved this condo for our family of five. Place was very clean and we were very comfortable during our stay. The house was thoughtfully stocked with most of the basic things we needed and I really appreciated that. Location was perfect and so many places you can walk to from the condo. Will be back!

Sept 4-14 Kauai vacation

Fantastic, roomy condo. We were 2 couples, and the 2 Master suites were perfect. Loved having the laundry and the beach towels supplied. Got very hot during the day but cooled off decently at night with all fans supplied! Definitely recommend this place!

Return to Kauai!

We have traveled to Kauai a dozen times in the past, so know the island well. The villa we rented was great-the photos on the site don't really do it justice. There are three levels, a bedroom and bathroom on each level which is ideal for a family traveling. We especially appreciated that the home had all the amenities for the beach-flippers, chairs, noodles and a cooler! There was also a washer and dryer that had not been mentioned but was very much appreciated! We did use the pool and hot tub a few times and found that it lacked the sparkling water we are used to. Would definitely recommend this home to others!

Great home in a beautiful location!

We really enjoyed staying in this home. It was very spacious and had an amazing mountain view. The location of the home was perfect for all the beaches on the Northside that we wanted to visit. I had to call the rental company with questions related to the key pick-up location and such, they were always very responsive and helpful! Also, the rental company of the road work and unusual traffic in the area before finalizing the reservation. It was great to be aware of it ahead of time, so we could adjust my plans accordingly.

Great layout, needs some maintenance

We have stayed in this complex before a few years ago, not this exact unit. We love the split level style, even with six people it feels very spacious. We love looking out at the mountains and waterfalls in the morning while we have coffee on the lanai. The condo needs a real refresh. There were holes in the upholstery of the couch. The chair cushions and carpets were stained, the trim on the bathroom cabinets and some of the baseboards are broken and shabby looking. We understand that these condos get a lot of use and not everyone treats places as the would if it was there own but we expect things to be tidy and not ripped. It would be an amazing place with a refresh of the furnishings.

Very nice villa with great mountain views

The layout of this clean, well furnished villa worked well for our family of 6. The pool and hot tub were a short walk. We used the barbecue near the pool but it wasn't very efficient and would be nice if there were more barbecues for the complex. The villa had a number of fans that helped but in Hawaii expect that it will be humid and warm without AC. Short drive to a grocery store and Hanalei.

Amazing view! Nice house!

We enjoyed it very much! The view from the balcony is spectacular! The house had everything we needed for a family of five. The only complaint was A/C absence. It was raining throughout the whole week we've been there and the overall humidity and the heat was a killer. Thank you!!!
