This home is beautifully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. The vaulted ceiling of the great room adds an extra spacious feel at your home away from home. Everyone can gather here comfortably to enjoy each other's company and, when you prefer quiet time, there is plenty of private space to relax on your own.

Your vacation home features two large master suites as well as a Den with a sofa sleeper and bath. When you choose to eat at home, you can easily prepare meals in your fully equipped kitchen or grill out at the gas barbecue by the pool. Have fun shopping for fresh, local ingredients at farmers' markets and shops nearby to create your favorite tropical delights. Or, dine out at your choice of fine restaurants right in Princeville and neighboring Hanalei.

Just a few steps away is the pool where you can lounge in the warm sun and enjoy a refreshing swim at your leisure. Or, play a round of golf at the 27-hole Makai Course a short walk from your door or at the 18-hole Prince Course a few minutes' drive away.

The neighboring town of Hanalei is quite charming and a great place to explore small shops and a variety of eateries. Be sure to check out the crescent-shaped beach at Hanalei Bay which has been named among the world's best beaches. More beautiful beaches can be found in Haena, a short, scenic drive west of Hanalei.

Great location!!! Unit itself not very well appointed because of dated furniture, uncomfortable chairs & sofa, old bulky bedroom furniture. Comfort of bed was satisfactory. Kitchen could use updating. Disappointing for the cost. But our stay was delightful so we looked beyond that. Thank you.

Comfortable spacious townhouse

This was a two-story townhouse, with two beautiful master suites, large open kitchen and living area. Right in Princeville and convenient to everything. Pool and hot tub right nearby. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Bucket list trip for grandma and grandpa with kids

I felt that it was really easy for elderly adults with. Problems walking to access their bedroom directly from the garage. It was a really great selling point that there is a bathroom readily available to them directly from getting into the house from the garage without having to go up steps all of us were able to sleep very comfortably in this property. I also really appreciated that the washing machine and dryer were right there by the garage door entrance so we could take our used beach towels and get a wash going immediately upon arrival into the property.

Oklahoma goes to Hawaii

This property was awesome. A few things that we were displeased with were the check-in process and the fact that the advertisement stated it had air conditioning. It SHOULD have said, "there is a portable air conditioner available for use." We have gone through Vrbo multiple times in the past and the check-in directions are always available through the app. The problem is that this is managed by a vacation rental property company. We had to go to their office to pick up the key and gate code (This was 2 HOURS AWAY from our Vrbo). YES - they did send an email, however, we were there for work and staying at another location closer to our work prior to our check-in date at this property so we didn't see the email. I emailed through Vrbo two times and never received a reply answering my question on how to check-in. When we arrived at the property we had no directions on how to check in, luckily there was an after-hours number to call and there was someone who could meet us. The lady who met us was AMAZING and we were so appreciative that she could meet us! The stay was awesome, there just needs to be a way to obtain the keys and gate code on-site, rather than being inconvenienced to get AND return the keys to the vacation rental company. Our feedback is IF a person has NOT replied to an email OR picked up the keys and information packet for their rental, maybe the Vacation Rental Company SHOULD call the customer and see if there is a problem.... Maybe they NEVER saw the email.

We had a great experience with the property manager. We extended our trip and they easily made the accommodations for us. Communication was fast and responsive. The rental location was convenient. The unit was clean and spacious. We would recommend and book again.

Great north shore property

We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens and 12 yr old. There are two master bed and bath on bottom level each with king sized bed. Up stairs is an office with pullout couch where my 16 yr son slept. No AC but it is not needed with lovely breezes throughout. Located across the road from pool and BBQ and walking distance to Hideaway beach and the Queens Bath. No need for an alarm clock as the roosters wake you up every single morning. There are beach chairs, umbrella and boogie board. Close proximity to stores including a grocery store which is stocked better than the Walmart in the south end of the island.

Lovely Property

It was myself, my husband and our 5 year old son along with another couple that stayed at the villa and it was such a perfect size for us all. We had so much room to spread out. The kitchen was perfect for us as we cooked a big breakfast each morning before heading out. We loved the view from the balcony and the area in general was great! Another bonus is that you’re extremely close to Princeville’s little marketplace and it’s such a cute spot. We loved our stay and were sad to go. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone!

This was in a lovely neighborhood backed up to a golf course, beautifully landscaped. Gorgeous Rainbow Eucalyptus trees off the paced walking path. The unit had ample windows and doors to allow a wonderful breeze.

Perfect vacation

Wow! Just wow! Talking about a perfect vacation! We absolutely loved our stay at Villas of Kamalii 7. It’s a beautiful, spacious, clean townhouse with gorgeous views of a golf course and mountains. It’s location within the complex is very convenient as it is situated close to the pool, hot spa and the grill. Also, the location of this property is convenient and close to everything in the northern part of the island. The house had everything we needed: fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, washer and dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The rental agency was great to work with. Agents were very easy to communicate with, they responded quickly to all of my questions and requests. Our laundry dryer stopped working during our stay; when I contacted the agency they were very polite, caring and helpful. We got it fixed right away. Overall, we had an amazing stay. We would definitely come back here again. I highly recommend this place and the rental company

Loved this home for the week

Great amenities, great layout! So glad there’s a washer/dryer - allowed us to pack light! Only “negative” was no air conditioner, there was a nice breeze on most days but would have loved the option of an a/c for a few very warm days. Comfy beds, great kitchen with everything we needed (except for spices, I.e. salt and pepper!)

Relaxing holiday in beautiful Kaua'i.

The Kaua'i Vacation Rentals team and the property were both excellent. Check in was seamless and the property well set up with extras such as a welcome pack, pool towels and some beach things. There is no air-conditioning which made for some hot afternoons but the trade winds cooled things down at night and it didn't bother us much. A lovely property and marvellous area to stay in Kaua'i.

Great location and very spacious condo.

Our stay at the Villas of Kamali'i was great! The condo is in a perfect location - central to both the town center of Princeville with easy access to groceries, dining and shopping, and about a mile's walk to the ocean in front of the St. Regis hotel. Walking paths are throughout the area and I enjoyed walking each morning to take in the views of the ocean and mountains all around - so beautiful! I traveled with my mom and sister and we had plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms are very spacious and each had it's own on-suite bathrooms. The pull out couch is located in a separate room which served as a third bedroom and was actually comfortable! We appreciated the gated complex and the pool was close and easy to access. The complex was off of the main road on a private drive and located on the golf course, which made it very quiet as well. The only negative aspects to the condo is that the living room couches were dated and uncomfortable and more attention could be given to the cleanliness of the areas that are used often. The place is big so I'm sure it takes hours to clean, but the kitchen cabinets and appliances had smudges and fingerprints and the light fixtures over the bar were noticeably dusty. Overall we had an amazing stay and I would definitely stay here again!

Large, comfortable, well-equipped -- with great service

We stayed in this condo before and specifically chose it again for its comfort and location. We brought some friends this time, and the two-master-bedroom layout handled everyone well. KVR did a very good job in helping set up the reservation and ensuring that we stayed without any problems.

We had four adults sharing this condo. It was very spacious in a quiet setting. Although it was well equipped with cookware, all consumable supplies like spices, napkins, etc were missing. Two windows would not close and two window blinds were broken. If these were fixed, this would have received a 5-star rating

Comfy, clean, but no A/C

Overall, a nice place to stay at. Conveniently close to the hwy and Foodland. Failed to check if this unit had A/C. Luckily, we came when the weather was not extremely hot and the numerous windows helped get a breeze along.
