This captivating property has it's own private boat ramp and dock, however for larger boats, the Dreher Island boat ramp is less than half a mile away. Enjoy the majestic views of Lake Murray from the living room, the kitchen, or the super quiet screened deck. Deepwater year-round, and Amazing fishing right off the dock. Misleading property description and pictures
The listing states number of beds 4. 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds but is doesn’t state that one of the twin beds is a trundle bed which maybe hard to access for for some adults renting the house. Also the parking. The pictures of the parking do not match up. The parking is cramped if you have a boat, specially if you have 2 boats. Boat launch- the boat launch on the property is not accessible unless you have a very very small boat. The property management is great to deal with they answer any questions immediately and want you to enjoy your stay!!

Fun weekend on the lake.
This little house was the perfect place for a fall getaway on Lake Murray. We enjoyed beautiful weather, lake views, and a visit from a deer. I highly recommend visiting here, we will be back!

we liked it
my wife and her sister liked it, i liked the location, but i thought there were things that could be fixed before our stay there. the one screen door was sticking all the time, and was sometimes hard to open. the other screen door the screen was coming off the door so we had to buy tape to try to keep it up so we would not get bugs on the deck. and there was a leak in the roof, so we had to move around the 2 person chair and the tv on the deck so they would not get wet.and the remote on the deck for that tv would only turn on the tv, it would not do anything else. i know this is small stuff but it made a difference in my eyes. thank you for having us.
