The front desk staff was amazing and helpful! The free drinks were easily used in their coffee bar, and I still can’t get over how comfortable the bed was and how amazing the shower products smelled! I would absolutely stay here again if I visit Rhode Island in the future!
The parking situation was confusing. U can park in lot beside the hotel but u must go itno lobby to click the qr code to get the 438 a night rate, If not it is over $200 tpo park in that lot overnight if you just use the kiosk at the lot.

Haley at the front desk was very nice. Appreciated the late checkout and holding our luggage
Room was average. The bathroom fan and 1 of the bathroom lights were broken. Mattress was alright
The karaoke bar was extremely loud. It didn’t affect my room, but I heard other guests saying they could hear it in their room
Wish they had a vending machine with water or a water fountain. Felt pretty dehydrated when coming back late at night
Tried to use the trick of blasting the AC to hide the unpleasant mildew and public bathroom smell in the room. Only 1 front desk attendant was truly pleasant/helpful others were very dismissive. Also, booking said free parking arrived to have to pay $38 a night. Would not recommend.
I always love staying here! It's conveniently located with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Brown, RISD, museums, more dining, and more shopping are a short walk away, as well as the river and multiple bridges. Except for the coffee shop being unexpectedly closed one morning, the service and staff were great. I'd definitely come back for yet another stay! (P.S. There's definitely weekend noise, but I'm a night owl so I didn't mind too much, since it stopped before I went to bed.)
Unique boutique hotel. Quaint and perfectly located. Good for the price also

Bed was uncomfortable very dusty. The floor not clean the shower was so small you couldn’t turn around in it. The ladies at the front desk were amazing though very sweet great service
Providence Cool - especially when it's fully up an
This was a late booking (a week before) and wanted to be central. It was in the middle of a rebrand so was a little tricky to find as outside it says The Dean. Parking was in an adjacent city lot ($40 with hotel). Hotel is small with a cool vibe. The check in guy was helpful and helped us navigate the old fashioned lift. There is a lobby area with a coffee shop but this was only open for a couple of hours in the morning and just serves coffee. The bar was being refurbished and looked very cool. The place has a history and you definitely get a vibe! The room was a very pleasant surprise - modern, clean design with thought to the style. Great bathroom and shower. All in all an interesting discovery if you want to be downtown.
Fun building furnishings. Newly renovated bath, etc. The Desk staff were gracious and helpful.
Our room was very dark, the windows look to a brick wall and the indoor lighting was minimal. Had a small TV at far end of a 20ft room. We werent there to watch TV but still. No fridge in the room . I have VIP status = allotted a free drink yet they declined to tell us the bar was closed for renovation. We did get a nice coffee @ coffee bar there in the a.m.Central location, so overall a nice place, Just ask for a room facing the street, and bring a cooler if u need for drinks or snacks

The rooms were very small. No phone in the rooms and the coffee shop inside the hotel had a very limited menu.

Small room, difficult elevator to open, few amenities, no mini bar, food or in room coffee, no cafe, parking is expensive, tiny bathroom & shower. Room decor was fine, bed comfy, bar was nice. The karoke place downstairs was loud and awful. Would not stay here again.
Cute hotel and SMALL but well designed rooms. For some reason the cute coffee bar was never open during our three night stay! Definitely not a room you would “hang out in” as the only seating was the bed and one small desk chair.
Started out annoying as my room wasn’t ready on time on a Monday afternoon. The front desk said they’d text me when the room was ready. 45 minutes later I checked back and they said the room was ready but the previous agent left for the day. Okay cool thanks for that. I had problems with the parking and got a ticket though the machines weren’t working. Front desk kid couldn’t care less. It’s small and gives more of a hostel vibe than a hotel. And why is the bed basically on the floor. Wouldn’t come back.
