Enter the unit on the 1st. floor with a private porch. On this floor you will find the sunny living room and the dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, one with private entrance, one marble bath with heated floor and W/D.
All bedrooms have queen size beds,
On the lower level the garden bedroom with private entrance and ensuite bathroom with heated floor.
All floors have hardwood floors and A/C. Smart TV, WiFi, BT speaker. The outside shower is in the backyard. No pets. No smoking.
