We were there in late October, the parking and proximity to the downtown must be absolutely worth their respective weights in gold in peak summer season. The hotel is not new which one look at the picture will tell everyone, and our room, although smallish, was perfectly functional, but it is well run, and it is clear that the hotel takes a great and justified pride in running a clean, tidy hotel with marvelous view if you are on the beach side. We would definitely come back here."
