Thank you, It is beautiful having the view of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown Harbor right out the front door of the Breakwater Hotel.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean room, gorgeous view of ocean across the street. Short ride or walk to shopping. Hot water always available in the shower. Towels were a little scratchy but fine. Cord for hair dryer was laughably short.

I was concerned before going, but Joe, the manager was incredibly informative about all of the safety protocols. The rooms were absolutely spotless, clean as any hotel I have ever stayed in. We had a king bed, two chairs and a table and the two night stands. The bed was super comfortable with plenty of pillows. The AC unit worked great and there was Keurig in the room. The downside was the size of the room, very tiny. And the bath (also incredibly clean) was about as small as you can imaging, the stall show was 3X3 with great water pressure, sink about 8X12". The continental breakfast was great muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, some fruit and cereals, a pretty good selection. The location is right on the beach and they have chairs and blankets to borrow. Downtown P'town is 1.5 miles. They did a great job for our family.

This property was renovated and is now beautiful. Small rooms but beautiful decor, and very clean. Staff were incredibly accommodating. It is literally a walk across the street to the beautiful bay side of Provincetown. We intend on returning next year and staying at the Breakwater.

The location is perfect....beach front property, close enough to the city center to get there in minutes, and yet far enough away when you want things a little quieter. There is more than ample parking, and the bus stop practically at the front door was an extra bonus.
