Havenwood Casita is a private 2-bedroom guest house in a gated Riverbottoms community — two ensuites, a full kitchen, gardens, and mountain views, with the Provo River Trail close by.

Starting November 2026, stays are 30 nights or longer. This is a home base for traveling professionals, clinicians, and anyone who wants a real house instead of a hotel.

THE SPACE
King in one ensuite, queen in the other. Each bath has a tub and shower. Full kitchen, heating and air, fireplace. Quiet, self-contained, set up for work and actual living — not a weekend hop.

LOCATION
Riverbottoms / Provo River Trail, easy access to three hospitals and nearby urgent care, a short drive to BYU, and up Provo Canyon to Sundance Mountain Resort. Commute when you need to; come home to a gated garden casita instead of a hotel corridor.

HOUSEKEEPING
The monthly rate includes weekly housekeeping and the departure clean: fresh linens and towels, kitchen and baths reset, trash out. No separate cleaning fee.

The property is better than the pictures. It is in a quiet gated community with wonderful views of the mountains. Since we were in Utah for a busy weekend women’s conference we returned exhausted. The beds were so comfortable we slept soundly. Brittani was an excellent hostess. She made our stay stress free. The villa was clean and inviting. We definitely will be coming back!
