Jessy at the front desk was very helpful! Even with the inside pool, there was no chlorine smell! Large rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast! Close to BYU which is where we were visiting!

Booked a room and stayed there for 2 nights. Was gone most of the day and came back and our room still had no new towels or trash taken out or bed made? And when I called to tell them we didn’t have clean towels and that no one cleaned while we were gone the staff said oh no. And sent up the rudest man to take trash out and give us new towels. He the proceeded to say did you tell anyone to clean your room? I said no I didn’t think I had to and he said well you should. The room wasn’t messy it had simply some trash and no clean towels The guy was bothered that he had to clean the room. I was annoyed! The hotel had mold on the walls in the bathroom and just felt dirty! Never staying there again! Also the elevator kept going to the wrong floor! This hotel needs some major upgrades or something.

We had a room right by elevator so it was a bit noisy, and the rook at first smelled like someone had been smoking in there but it dissipated after the first night. Other than that the place was perfect for our needs and the staff was very friendly and efficient.

Higher end property with a budget price

I was there for a funeral, so I mostly wanted to be quiet and alone. The property is very nice, there are a couple of food options very close, with other shopping within walking distance. The staff is lovely and kind and for the cost, the rooms are exceptional. I didn't try the buffet, but it was extremely popular with other diners. Though the room faced the busy side of traffic, it wasn't visible and was very quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is not very clean. The pool was not heated and the hot tub and the pool were extremely dirty. Had to ask the front desk for maid service.
