Doors do not shut tight. While in our room we had our door opened twice by maintenance. We could hear the pool noise on the second floor room.

The hotel pool was not open when we arrived for an entire day. I have two small kids and only stay at hotels with indoor pools. They failed to mention on the site that it was closed. The clerk made arrangements for us to go to a nearby hotel but that was very inconvenient in the freezing snow. They promised us he would be open on Friday it was open on Friday later but not at the posted times. We were told they were waiting on the maintenance man who was supposed to be there at 9 and was nowhere to be found at 10. The beds were hard as a rock.

Needs a few repairs

Clean and quiet. Complimentary breakfast was great. Only issue is the freezer in the mini fridge badly needs attention and had at least 4 inches of ice on it ( needs defrosted asap) and the shower/tub faucet was so loose you could pull it out of the wall. The safety bar in the shower was also loose so if you actually tried to use it your may just fall

Convenient location, but getting old and outdated

I was happy to get an early check-in. However, the room really wasn't ready. The mirror had dirty little handprints on it, the bathroom floor had not been swept and the room could have used a bit of air freshener. The thermostat didn't change the temperature at all, it was too warm to sleep comfortably. The bathroom really needs re-done. The ceiling was stained and peeling from water damage. The bathroom faucet was in the corner of the sink and was too far back... We couldn't get our hands under the water without it going all over the counter. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, but the room really should have been cleaned better.

Lady at front desk was super nice. Food was not the greatest. When asked a lady for more food at breakfast area I didn’t even get a response out of her. She just ignored me and proceeded to bring the food out. I told her thank you and still no response. Could be cleaner. I’ve stayed in hampton inns before and they have been super clean and all staff very friendly.
