1. No working AC in room 2. Pipes vibrating in bathroom wall all night 3. Used bandaids on floor of pool room 4. Faucet in tub didn’t shut all the way off 5. Bathroom door handle broken and nub very sharp Asked to speak with manager and front desk person lied and said they weren’t there for me to figure out manager was sitting right there and did not speak up when I asked for them. I would not stay here for free Have video of everything and no help from hotel or customer service.

Property needs updating. Breakfast options were limited and often they ran out of things and didn’t restock the breakfast items. Another guest in the next room kept going in and out all night causing our dog to bark every time. Had to request our floor be cleaned again after we arrived because it was covered with a sticky film. The beds need to be replaced as well. Very dated.

We have stayed here over the years and this last time will be our last. The outside property is so dirty with trash and broken glass. The rooms are not horrible, but definitely beaten up.

I love the breakfast and the pool but also the pull out bed was very uncomfortable and the fridge kept on freezing my soda and the hot tub was broken and my mommy almost died and she was mad and she could get sick and the shampoo and conditioner was very small so I had nothing to wash my hair but love it. Also the bathroom door it was too small so my dad couldn’t fit through the door and the floor was very dirty.

Unfriendly check in. Room was just painted, by a novice painter. New carpet though. Hotel is right next to a college dorm and the party went until almost 3am. I know that cause that’s when I was finally able to sleep. Very noisy fan coil units also. Not a great stay!

Terrible Stay

The condition of the room was terrible. Sheets and shower curtain were wrinkled to a point that they looked like they were just pulled out of a basket after being in a ball for a few days or weeks. The bathroom is old and looks dirty. It either needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. The shower faucet dripped. The back door would not unlock with our key for handicap access so my 85-year-old mother had to walk all the way back in and across the hotel to our room. The staff said they were aware of the door issue, but it was not fixed. We also didn't sleep because the air conditioner was not working. We will not be back to this location.

Summit cheer competition

Hotel rooms are amazing with plenty of space, it had a good size refrigerator and microwave. The pool was clean and the area felt safe.There were stores and restaurants close and the airport was a 5 minute drive and 10 mins straight to the downtown area. The staff was amazing and helped us out a lot. They also have airport transportation every 30 mins free

Our go to motel when in town

We always stay here when we come to town. We never have any complaints. This isnt a complaint but the pipes for the room below us were very loud for some reason. Im sure its a one off and we told front desk so no worries

The rooms are spacious & clean. They were resently renovated, but still need some finishing touches. The hotel is conveniently located near Route 15, with plenty of shopping and dining options.

We usually stay here each April, but this will be our last time. From check-in to check/out, the whole experience was disappointing this year. The front desk staff were more interested in their cell phone than in doing their job. Our room was not properly cleaned, which I believe had more to do with insufficient staffing than anything else. You have to request fresh towels and a tidy of your room, everyday, or it doesn’t get done. The phone in our room didn’t work at al, and when I informed the front desk I was met with a shoulder shrug. Ownership needs to make some changes to this location.
