Better then expected

Great greeting at 1230 am. Was won out long drive. Surprisingly good place. Down side confee chairs warn threw spots. Tv remote didn’t work. Old windows transnit traffic noise . But clean room. Ok usual breakfast.

The manager has no interest or desire to see that his “customers “ are taken care!! Beds old, room , faculty in general is in need of updates and repairs. Breakfast was cold, juices were hot! Manager falsely accused of us taking two pillows from the room!! Stay away from this place!!! If I could would ask for a refund!!

Very disappointing visit:

Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing. We had booked three rooms, but from the moment we checked in, it was clear the hotel had seen better days. The hotel itself felt run down, with a general sense of neglect. The rooms were in poor condition. The most glaring issue was the terrible odor in all three rooms. The smell was musty and unpleasant, which made it hard to feel comfortable in the space. To make matters worse, the shower curtains in each room were either dirty or soiled, and the carpets were visibly stained and filthy. Walking across the floors left our socks covered in dirt, which was incredibly off-putting. Another major issue was the bedding. The comforters on the beds had unknown stains that made us question their cleanliness. It was so bad that we had to go out and purchase disinfectant spray just to make the rooms bearable. We really did not expect to have to do that while staying at a "Quality" Inn. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was a major letdown. We’ve stayed at many other budget hotels before, but this experience fell far below expectations. While the staff was polite, the state of the rooms and facilities made it hard to overlook the poor conditions. In summary, I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless they invest in significant renovations and improvements to both cleanliness and upkeep. It was a disappointing experience, and we will not return to this property in the future.

Dont appreciate being treated like a child

Check in was nice. Had to get a blanket at midnight and was lectured by the night auditor like i was 5 for not doing it earlier. She refused to give me her name and complained the entire time about the less then 2 mins it took her to get the blanket. When I went down in the morning the guy just looked at me like he couldnt be bothered. Breakfast had almost nothing for choices. Couldnt use the bathtub because it was disgusting looking

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very receptive and welcoming, always making sure my needs were taken care of. Housekeeping was provided every day, which kept the room clean and comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, I appreciated the consistent service and attention to detail.

This hotel is sufficient for a nights stay, there is no elevator. Its in desperate need of an update. The cooler in the room didnt work @ all. The room seemed clean, but the carpet was pretty worn and not clean @all per the bottom of my socks. The bed was comfy.
