"APARTAMENTO FRENTE OCÉANO" is located in Tenerife, on the beautiful Playa Martianez in Puerto de la Cruz.



This charming studio, fully renovated and thoughtfully designed, accommodates up to four guests with one bedroom and a living area featuring a fully equipped private kitchen. There is a stylish, modern bathroom. The apartment offers high-speed private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher with suitable detergents, personal hygiene products, and other comforts.



The building is accessible, with elevators for easy mobility and a shared garden outside. The recently renovated communal pool is on the 7th floor, with a spacious sun terrace overlooking the ocean, Mount Teide, and Puerto de la Cruz. Toilets with showers are available. Sun terrace towels are provided. Bed and bath linen changes and mid-stay cleaning are available for an extra fee. Communal parking is available, both in the courtyard and on the adjacent street, but spaces are not assigned.



Events and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment. Public transport is within easy walking distance. The building is at the start of the Sant’Elmo promenade, lined with bars, restaurants, shops, and boutiques leading to Plaza del Charco. Nearby are the stunning Lago Martianez pools, designed by Cesar Manrique, and the Sant’Elmo Hermitage. A quality shopping center for daily needs is also close by.
