Luxury tri-level house overlooking mangrove and minutes to the beaches of Puerto Morelos. This newly-listed private luxury home offers 4 bedrooms, ample indoor and outdoor living space, and a refreshing swimming pool. Three bedrooms on the ground level are surrounded by tropical garden and pool. Experience ample light, views and Caribbean breezes from living area and kitchen on the second floor. The third floor offers a fourth bedroom as well as a rooftop terrace to enjoy the stunning mangrove views, sunsets and sunrises. Birdwatchers will delight in this prime opportunity to view the local birds of the Yucatan! The house is filled with hand-crafted furniture made from local, exotic hardwoods, local art, and high-end mattresses in every bedroom.

Casa Amanecer is located in the gated community of Puntarena, bordering Puerto Morelos' botanical garden where you can take a walk under jungle canopies and view a variety of the Yucatan's flora and fauna.

Rent a bike to ride or take a taxi to the town square for a fantastic array of culinary delights. Catch some local entertainment in the plaza or charter a snorkel trip to the Great Mesoamerican Reef, the second largest reef system in the world and the largest in the Western Hemisphere. In 1998 the reef in front of Puerto Morelos became a protected National Marine Park, preserving its rich biodiversity and making this area one of the best preserved of the Great Mesoamerican Reef.

Bon emplacement, bel endroit .

A part le lave vaisselle qui manquait pour les grosse vaisselles quotidiennes ( 8 personnes 3 x par jour !) et le puit de lumiĂšre / son qui traversait la maison du haut en bas, tout Ă©tait bien .

Nice and Relaxing Stay

We stayed at this lovely home in Puntarena for a week. The beds were comfy, it was walkable to the colonial side of Puerto Morelos and to a taxi stand. And the kitchen was nice for cooking. The upper level had a fabulous view toward the ocean and we could see cruise ships at night. We highly recommend this house!

Great location

Lovely house, plenty of space and fabulous views. We gave the bedroom on the top floor to our teenager as we preferred the ground floor room with the onsuite shower and storage, very comfy bed! The top room was a bit too bright for us. Lots of shady areas around the pool, although there was a fabulous breeze to keep us cool. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool on the couple of sunloungers, we bought a lilo for the children to chill out on. Great location and very secure, just a short drive to Puerto Morelos fabulous beach and restaurants and well placed for cenotes and other attractions. A peaceful and relaxing holiday. Would recommend.

Fantastic gathering family home!

Came to Puerto Morelos to get married! We rented several houses and this was one of the crowds favorite! We will certainly come back and stay here! Fantastic location! Recommend 10 out of 10!

Beautiful House

Our family loved our stay. Puerto Morelos is a nice community with a really cool beach area. The house is just minutes away. We appreciated the provided beach chairs! Internet was great the whole time so I was able to keep up with work. There was enough living room seating for all 6 of us & all the beds were really comfortable. The property felt really safe with the security entrance. Such a great stay!!

Great neighborhood and wonderful views!

Our family of four was really able to spread out and enjoy our two week stay in this great home. The pool was a fabulous added bonus, along with a super secure and extremely well-located neighborhood. The views out the kitchen window inspired peace and calm in our family.

Great Home! Perfect Place to Stay!

This is a great home to stay in. They had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Puerto Morelos. If there happened to be something that wasn’t at the house, I am positive that CeCe had the answer for whatever was missing. CeCe is an invaluable asset to this stay and we can’t thank her enough for helping us with anything we needed. By the way, we didn’t need anything. We hope to be back soon.

peaceful retreat

We loved our stay at this house in Puerto Morelos! We were a family of 5, and it was so luxurious to have the space to spread out! The pool was an instant hit with our little kids and offered entertainment on days when we didn't want to rush out for a big adventure until we felt like it. The kitchen is a dream! And waking up to the crazy but wonderful birds in the king bed on the 3rd floor after a night of tropical breezes flowing through the room was delicious! I fully recommend staying at this wonderful house. Cece was very helpful and so nice to know. Thanks , Cece!

Spacious house with great views just outside of Puerto Morelos!

This was a lovely place to stay. Lots of room, fun layout, and great views with beautiful sunrises. There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed, but they were minor, and the host was super friendly and helpful. It was nice being just outside of town. I would recommend, especially if you have a larger group.

Very nice place for a family vacation !

Had a wonderful 2 week stay here, very nice private, quiet neighborhood, friendly security. Beautiful house, lots of light and great ocean breezes. The private pool was nice to keep the kids entertained and there is also a nice neighborhood pool and playground around the corner. It was nice to have a big place to regroup with family and friends so we did not have to go out all the time. The caretaker is friendly and helpful if you need anything or want local intel. We were over 1 Hr late and she waited for us. Will be back for sure !

Amazing place and location

Cece was an amazing host, there I was worrying about how and what to feed the kids after landing at 19:30 and there was Cece with a pizza and sodas ready for me at this stunning villa. Very spacious and cool, the pool is amazing the area is lovely and relaxing if you don’t mind the sound of the birds really early in the morning .. you get used to it! Loved every minute of our Christmas in Cancun ... couldn’t have asked for a better location

Impressed in every way form the home to CeCe the property manager

We loved the small fishing town of Puerto Morelos - we loved that is small and lots of quaint restaurants. The air flowed in the home very nicely so we did not use the AC at all. The beds were comfortable and there is a nice patio table on the top deck that is not pictured. We did rent a car but the one time we used a taxi it came within a few minutes. The area has excellent snorkeling and deep sea fishing. We also saw monkeys in the trees - The town can get loud at night so this house was close to town yet far enough to get away from the noise at night. I definitely miss the area and home. We would come back again.

The house was amazing and so comfortable!

Casa Amanecer was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for 7 people and pretty much every single amenity we could wish for. It is inside a very private and guarded community that is very safe. We didn't even lock the rental car at night! Only thing we could find wrong was the hot water. We couldn't figure out how to take a shower that had hot water for longer than 1 minute. Luckily it was so warm that a cool shower in the afternoon was a welcome thing, but they might want to figure out how to improve on this. One other suggestion to the owners and managers: some 'house bicycles' would be a great investment for the house. It's a perfect riding distance from Puerto Morelos and it would be a nice perk. Other than that everything about the property was absolutely fabulous! Cece the manager is awesome, so helpful and very nice.
