The Space:
Wake up at Casa Katalina surrounded by nature and relax on the spacious rooftop lounge area which is for common use and offers a Bohemian and chill ambiance. You’ll savor stunning views of the Caribbean Sea on one side and the lush mangrove on the other. This is one of 5 units in the building, this one is in the second floor. each one with a shared pool and rooftop with a spa tub (not heated). Since you have use of bicycles, you can reach downtown in about a 5-minute ride and arrive in about 20 minutes if you go walking. Since this is an adult-only property, you find tranquility at the next level. Enjoy endless beach days of fine white sand and gentle waves just steps from your door!

The main spaces of the condo:

- A bright and airy KITCHEN that has the basics that you’d need to prepare homemade dishes. We’ve included a coffee maker with some coffee to get you started and a blender to prepare some afternoon mixers.

- A DINING TABLE to enjoy those home-cooked meals.

- 3 BEDROOMS and 2 FULL BATHROOMS to accommodate 6 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed
BEDROOM 2: 1 King bed
BEDROOM 3: 1 Queen bed

- A FULLY-FENCED BACKYARD with a pool!

- PARKING at the property for 1 vehicle.

Enjoy exclusive access to the condo during your stay, plus the communal rooftop lounge, ground-level pool, and spa tub (not heated).

The Neighborhood:
The Casa Katalina is conveniently located along the highway that runs from Cancun to Tulum making it easy for you to get to groceries, shopping, attractions, activities, super fun nightlife, and beaches of powder-white sand along this stretch of Mexico if you decide that you want to venture out. Just a short 5-minute bike ride or in 20 minutes of walking you’ll be in the heart of the sleepy fishing village of Puerto Morelos where you can pick up some cool souvenirs and have a bite to eat from a local restaurant. Puerto Morelos lies along the world’s second-largest Great Barrier Reef of Mesoamerica, housing a wide diversity of aquatic flora and fauna, it is a paradise for snorkeling and deep diving.

Casa Katalina is an adult-only property. The minimum age to make a reservation is 30 and the minimum age to stay at the property is 21.

Guests will need to climb stairs.

We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, shampoo, and soap. Just note these items are not replenished.

Mid-stay cleaning can be requested and provided for a fee.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind inside the property (tobacco, cannabis, etc) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Other Things to Note:
Visitors are not permitted. Only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed access to the complex.
