I would not stay here again. The internet is not free. They give you two devices and the rest you have to pay for. It is not easy to get food. You either have to get reservations to a restaurant, which are impossible to get or walk miles to get to a buffet. There are no snack bars. The beach is unusable. If you want a nice beach, do not go to this hotel. The entire place stinks because of the water. Lastly, the front desk staff is not friendly and the concierges, most of them hate their job. Do not recommend and will never be back!

We enjoyed our vacation a lot. Food options were great. Kids enjoyed the pool and the cliff every day. The only downside is the beach but it didn't bother us too much.

If you are a beach person , this place is NOT for you. Not nice at all. Pictures are deceiving, in fact the Ventus Ha doesn’t even have a beach. You have to walk across the road to the other Ventus resort for all the fun. It’s a 500 yard walk. The Ha only has pools. The roof infinity pool is nice , the hottubs are nice . So the Ha is only pool , there is no dinner buffet here either. Only across the street . The kids club was amazing. A life saver. So best to book at Ventus marina el cid or just Ventus El sid. I would go back only to those two places.

Well maintained property and friendly staff. Lots of pools, chairs, and drinks. Food was of high quality, and they took allergies quite seriously. A little something to everyone. My only minor complaint is they need slightly more dinner options... Getting a reservation is great, getting the dinner buffet, not so great. At least give some opportunity for drop in dining and add some more dinner reservation slots...
