Amazing property and the unit was great. In a good location. Only thing that we weren't aware of of is there were no beach towels (we usually stay at Las Palomas and they are free) nor any dish towels to dry dishes.

Great family trip

Everything was perfect. My only issue was I chose this place for the swim up bar unfortunately, it was closed most of the time we were here! When it was open we really enjoyed it!! The best wings and french fries!!!

Great place to be close to the beach

We were close to the beach. We were a bit too close to the pool because of the noise, but overall everything was great. The front and back doors were about hard to lock and open but functional. The tv/cable was excellent and the best we have had in our numerous stays in Rocky Point.

Great Condo

This was a great condo to stay in, as it had everything that I needed. It’s wonderful to be able to just open the sliding door and be right there by the pool. It was about 4:20 or so before I was finally able to get into the condo, however, that that’s not the fault of the property owner.

Great birthday visit to Rocky Point

Drove from Green Valley to Rocky Point. Condo gave great directions and google map made it easy to find the facility. Security to get in had us on the roster. Desk clerk had us on the roster and checked us in smoothly, Easy. Room was nice it is an older room but it was comfortable and easy in and out. The only rub was the pool repairs were done for the entire 3 day period we were there. Though it would be quiet on Sunday but not so. It was a wonderful visit. The condo helped make it so. The vib in the town is delightful and all the restaurants were good. The little 683 diner around the corner was wonderful for breakfast.

Construction noise

The ground floor oceanside condo opened up to beaches and ocean, however, it also opened up to construction noise going on in the pool area right outside our patio. Jackhammers, generators, compressors, workers with music blasting. None of this construction noise was conveyed to me when booking the week. If I had known, I would not have booked. My worst booking yet with VRBO. Some sort of compensation would be in order here. Thank you, Please advise.

Lovely

Nice and clean, a lot of amenities to use for longer stays! Loved the washer and dryer. The view was spectacular just like the pics. Resort is in a nice area easy to walk to some shops and restaurants. I would stay at resort again but our family has a child with autism so we are in need of a little more security in regards to pool access. But lovely condo, our needs are just different than most.

Fabulous beach resort

The resort is very nice. FANTASTIC location with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The beach and beach facilities are the best of all the neighboring resorts. The unit we were in was nice but furnishings and fixtures are a little worn. Overall, it was a fabulous place to have our vacation.

Cleanliness

I have stayed at this resort many times and it’s a great resort. The problem with this condo is that the sheets were very filthy. We had an additional child with us and we had to pay extra for them. The problem is that the sheets were missing for the additional bed in the living room. The other bed was very uncomfortable and we had to wash everything including the blanket. Everything else was fine.

Needs to be freshened up, location great on ground floor

Walls dirty, needs paint throughout. Cupboards worn down to finish. Kitchen utensils food on them and old. Used sponge under sink, no garbage disposal, bathroom bath fan screeeched when on. Master mattress dirty.

Loved it

The fact that we were able to just walk down to the swimming pool and beach was the best perk here. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, and the restaurant in the resort is amazing my new favorite.
