The room wasn’t ready by 3pm had to wait and they had no clue when it would be ready, waited an hour. Was also unable to reserve restaurant everything full. Wasn’t really impressed with buffet very repetitive.

WARNING WARNING! SAVE YOUR MONEY, DONT COME HERE! The resort is a nice getaway from everything back home in california, but i am highly disappointed in the way i was treated by the staff (specifically front desk), the food was okay and got my sister sick for bacterial infection and spent half the 7 day trip in the hospital, and there was an infestation of mosquitos in my room with cockroaches. Accommodations for a new room was extremely difficult and once i was switched into a new room, that once pleasant smile you receive from the front desk turns to disgust and remorse whenever they see you, a “what now” face. The bartenders are friendly, the snack bar is decent but there needs a better variety of food and make sure it is properly cooked at that. Very very disappointed in my stay at Be Live, will never return.

The property wasn’t very large so it didn’t require a lot of walking which was nice. One of the rooms bedding stunk like urine and I complained and no apology was offered. Nothing in regards to customer service and making it up to us. The balcones door for room 6310 was not closing properly and there were two small children in the room. WiFi was not included which is very archaic given that many resorts of all types of caliber offer this as a free amenity. The show was great. Service was a bit slow when we were at the buffet.

The check in process was confusing. They took us to the VIP Area which we did not sign up for. Then had to change our room assignment. The room itself did not have a shower head, batteries in the TV remote were missing and the door did not have a dead bolt knob. Also there was a leak of the air conditioning unit. Food in the buffet was below standard.
