Hay mucho vendedores en la playa, la verdad a mi me gusta caminar, pero es molesto q cada 5 minutos se acercan para ofrecer sus productos, entiendo q todos ganamos la vida, pero es molesto cuando uno les dice q no queremos comprar sus productos, ellos se molestan y empiezan a insultar al turista.

All staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, making my travel experience truly enjoyable. Especially the bartenders Jordanny Joan and German. The hotel is clean, safe and quiet exactly what I need but I was very disappointed with the food and drinks, very little options. We paid for VIP service but we had to walk outside of the hotel just for a drink which was the same as the regular bar. DONT PAY VIP

Resort hasn’t done any major improvements since we started visiting 18 years ago. Our TV didn’t work, sliding door and lock needs to be replaced, light was strobing in bathroom. Most staff were friendly and accommodating, but there were a few who were less than pleasant. Garbage piles to the left of beach need to be addressed as well as the seaweed. We would like to continue returning to this resort but we may make this our last stay as there is a level of excellence definitely missing.
