The firts time I was there everything was good, that's why I went back, unfortunately this experience was good as i thought it would be, the same food every day, some dead flies by the ham and cheese, some of the waiters looked like annoyed to be sercing the guests, we had a big issue with the air conditioner the second night it was making noise and when we try to report it, the phone in the room was not working, we had to walk to the lobby and they said theybsend aomeone to fix the issue, never arrived, we had to complain 5 times to get a change room and the fan had a horrible noise too, the lobbie staff was not really friendly, definitely i will never come back.

There was almost no easy accessibility for handicapped people im a leg amputee and getting around was really rough out of 10 staff that saw me maybe 3 asked if i was ok o wosh the staff was nicer the only ones i give credit too was the cleaning ladies they were super polite and nice To talk to

A friend recommended this resort to me and I was unhappy from the time I checked in until check out. There is NO WIFI only for an hour which is such an inconvenience for someone who has elderly parents and have to stay in contact! The AC went out for a whole day and a half which made sleeping so uncomfortable. Due to the ac being out all my clothes were wet from the humidity and the floor was wet which caused me to slip and fall. The description of the hotel makes it seem like everything is available to everyone which is not it’s VERY LIMITED , you have access to about 3/10 things if you are not a member. I strongly do not recommend this resort if you are not willing to invest your money into being a member to have access to all amenities. I truly am so unsatisfied and will not be returning.

Resort was clean and newly renovated the food was ok could use different variety of foods. VIP hot tub beach area was great being that they take food straight to you to your bed. Worst experience is the check in and check out! I arrived to hotel at 1pm they started check in at 130pm with only 2 personnel with a ton of people in lobby. I then received room at 5pm! Which was suppose to be at 3pm Horrible! Then for check out they are real ez to kick people out by 11am. They even cut access to our rooms and we had to go and argue at front desk to let us back in to get our belongings. Worst experience in a resort. No wonder it’s one of the cheapest compared to the rest on puerto plata!

Hotel was trash, couldn't get reservations any day we were there, had no water for 2 days to shower or even brush teeth, had no AC for 2 days. Staff didn't care, didn't try to accommodate you, alcoholic was lowest level, brands you never even heard of, most horrible experience ever, would never recommend lifestyle hotels, beach was dirty, garbage every where, floating in the water, onto shore. Never again
