Great for short and long term stays. Private, gated development with plenty of parking and 24/7 security. Back up generator, strong reliable wifi connnection, California closets and modern appliances. Laundry in unit. Hosts and staff live onsite. Quiet, safe location with great views and uncrowded beach
Condominium unit is fully equipped with kitchenware including cookware. Toaster, coffee pot, flat screen smart TV with cable, high speed wifi. Air conditioner is modern unit. Queen sized bed in the bedroom plus the sofa pulls out to a queen sized bed as well. Wall tiles/wainscoting are reclaimed fossilized coral reef from a local quarry.
Professional management company and staff onsite 24/7. Maid service is available once per week at no extra charge but can be arranged as often as you would like.
Plenty of free parking available onsite as soon as you pull through the front gate. The main road, RT 5, is right past the front gate. Taxis and mini-buses drive by every minute or so.
New Whirlpool 12kg high efficiency washing machine in unit. Monthly or longer duration renters must cover electricity costs.
Cabarete is a vibrant, wonderful beach town with a great local population as well as a large expat community. It is often called the water sports capital of the Caribbean. The beautiful El Choco y Las Cuevas National Park is a 9 minute drive away. The town center is even closer and has great shops, restaurants, art galleries, a museum and more. Supermarket is a short walk away. The quality of life here is great yet the cost of living is remarkably inexpensive. It is a nice place to visit and many one-time tourists have made Cabarete their permanent home.

Responsive and made to feel comfortable.
Having the management office right next door was very helpful. Great quiet property if looking to relax, amazing long stretch of empty beach for long walks. Walkable to center of Cabarete if desired.Good option.

Great stay
This rental was exceptional. The amenities were ample with enough towels, pots and pans, glasses etc. The view was excellent with property that is well manicured and secure. The owner was very obliging ( we needed a microwave and received it the next day.) He also responded quickly with answers for us and was one of the better owners we have been in contact with. All in all, a relaxing stay

A nice time by the sea
The apartment is well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need. The service staff is friendly and helpful. The supermarket and the restaurants on the beach in Cabarete are a 15 to 20 minute walk away. A lovely walk along the beach. We found our stay very nice and have already stayed in this complex for the second time.
