Enjoy a peaceful stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom condo in Puerto Vallarta. Located on the 5th Floor of Condominios Los Palmares on what is among the best beaches in the South Hotel Zone of Puerto Vallarta, with direct access to Punta Negra Beach. This majestic development with only 32 units in total, has 2 elevators, controlled access, a small gym, Palapa with breakfast and lunch restaurant, heated pool, direct access to the beach. The condo features 2 king beds, (or one king and two twin), 2 bathrooms, shower, and jetted bathtub, and a living room with two large sofas that can be used comfortably as beds. Both bedrooms are oceanfront and have individual patios directly facing the beautiful water. The large covered patio has seating for six and unforgettable views of Los Arcos and the entire bay. The entrance, dining area and kitchen of the condo boast jungle and lush floral views. With amenities like a washing machine and dyrer, full size refrigerator, hair dryer, AC, iron, fitness room, Smart TV with Amazon Fire stick and WiFi, guests can relax and unwind in style. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are available at the pool. There are also beach chairs and an umbrella available in the unit for your use. Turkish towels are provided for quick drying and sand-free pool and beach use.

Points forts : Propreté
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property while visiting PV. The host met us at the condo to allow us in and show the property/amenities to us. We never had an issue with parking nor with WiFi throughout our stay. The place was clean and the views were incredible from each of the three balconies. Having a washer and dryer was great! Loved the infinity pool and got to meet several guests there. We walked along the private beach several evenings to enjoy the stunning sunsets. It’s close enough to the romantic zone (10 min drive) where all the action is but far away enough to make this place feel like you were in a secluded resort. We never had the need to turn on any of the ac units because the sliding doors allowed so much cool ocean breeze in that why would we ever want the doors closed? I truly miss sleeping to the sound of the crashing waves and being able to enjoy the sunset views out of the patio. The property was rather quiet, secure and we never saw any children. The staff was excellent and made us feel right at home. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The water pressure from both showers was strong and the beds were very comfy. It’s been over a week since we have been back and I still can’t stop thinking about this condo. It truly is paradise! We will definitely be back to PV just to stay here.
