Staff were nice, the room was small and very dark. The "breakfast included" was a small portion of a fruit, and a bun. We had to ask for jam, it was not offered.

AC was dripping water on arrival, staff dealt with it right away. There was 2 AC in the room, so we used just one AC and it was enough. The bathroom was spacious and clean. We stayed at the family room. There was a King and 3 singles, it was very comfortable for our family, as our kids sleep early so the single beds had some privacy and dark while the king bed have lights on. Beach access was very convenient and the outdoor pool was clean. There were jugs of water on each floor for drinking water. Staff were all very polite.

Staff were courteous but not outgoing or super friendly. Due to a booking error with Expedia, we had to pay extra for our kids as there was no option to choose number of people in the room at time of booking. Room was all we needed but very basic. Location and view from the balcony however, was spectacular! Walking distance to everything you need in old PV.

There was a lot of construction noise, on units close to mine between 8 a.m., and 10 p.m. I couldn't rest during the day. I finally got the nerve to ask for another room far away from the construction. My original room should not have been offered to any travellers. Not impressed at all.

Here’s a polished rewrite of your review: ⸻ The room and all common areas were very clean, and the staff was excellent. The location is great—close to many restaurants and just a few blocks from the Malecón. The beach area is a bit rocky, but the pool definitely makes up for it. The restaurant prices were reasonable, and it’s a good spot for food to relax by the pool. Overall, no complaints at all about this hotel.
