I would not stay in this hotel again. The bathroom had a roach, the pool had mold around it and looks old. The mirror in the room was dirty. The room smelled like humidity. The one thing that was good was the staff, everyone was great and had good customer service in the restaurants.

I payed extra money close to 700 to upgrade to the enclave room and it wasn’t worth it. We had top shelf drinks in 1 bar, we reserved 1 restaurant, there was plenty of availability. I enjoy the resort the food is great, however when I come back I will go with the king junior suite it was 400 cheaper per person.

Although facilities, food, and staff were all excellent, there was no mention of the main pool being closed for renovation as of September 2025, so all guests including children were using the smaller adult pool. It worked out fine and we still had a great time, but it became quite crowded and wasn’t as relaxing. I had specifically booked this hotel due to its adults only pool, so that was a disappointment. It would have been nice to have been given a discount for the spa or some other concession to compensate. Also, our room was quite nice but we were accidentally locked out on our balcony due to a faulty lock on our slider. I suggested that we be moved to a different room, and they instead just told us sorry, just leave your door open when you go outside. The property was definitely not fully booked, so it was a little strange they wouldn’t do more to accommodate for these issues. I do understand there are going to be maintenance issues and things need to be closed for renovations, but I believe that should be disclosed in advance so people can make an informed decision. The restaurant staff were great, in particular Norma and Medardo at the morning buffet (both amazing!). The property is in overall great condition and the beach is great with a rock jetty placed that creates a break for a lovely swimmable beach, which is unique to this coastline. The food was very good, with several rotating restaurants. We would return, but will check first to confirm all pools are open.

We had an amazing stay. Our room was kept in immaculate condition, and we were given extra water bottles daily upon request. The staff at the pool side, restaurants and bars took really good care of us. The entertainment staff had great energy and kept everyone busy and entertained during the day next to the pool.

The resort was kind of outdated restaurants were not open because they’re short staffed. One of the bigger pools is closed down, and the rooms are kinda old. The shower has more in it. Food is not good at all. Buffet is horrible. The food is very low quality will not stay there again.

I was so excited to visit to come and enjoy a week here to find out one of the pools was out of order due to construction. Would have liked to know before I booked so I am aware not the day I show up. Bar service at the pool was poor multiple days we avoided going just for the reason. When you do all inclusive you expect to have ease when ordering drinks or food. I was very disappointed with overall drink options. Probably not booking here again.
