Front desk staff somewhat rude after complaining about the A/C not working in my room . I first reported this at 830am , 1130am ,3pm and I went to the front desk at 330 encounter a very rude man who stated he would try to make it a priority? I returned to my room about 6pm and called the desk and was told that it had been fixed and that point I informed the lady on the phone that it still wasn't working she sent the maintenance working to the room and he walked in and stated not cold and stated he had to get a part and returned 15 mins later and had it fixed in 10 mins . My problem is that I had to go a day with no A/C and the fact I had to put in several requests.

This hotel was by far the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in my life. I'm a world traveler and was on a big group family vacation. We have pictures of filty sheets and bloody towels. The pool water is so dirty, none of could go in it. The food selection is also horrible . Absolutely the worst hotel in PV.

Extremely great chef!!! Couldn't expect it in all inclusive.
Not planning to visit it again. Public gays sexual activity caused severe stress for my entire family.
