The hotel is beautiful, restaurant has a good selection of food. The bed was super comfortable. My room was spacious but had to keep the A/C on 24/7 to eliminate a sewer smell. Only other objection was the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty but wasn’t refilled during cleaning over my short 3 nights stay.

Beds were comfortable I can’t say nothing bad about that. I do have to stay that the showers were dirty, their was hairs on the shower wall and mold inside the showers. Supposedly every room should be clean after each guest. That was not the case with me. Shower was really dirty. Lastly, the rooms smell like humidity all day. They need some better ventilation.

I have stayed at this property many times. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again. The only one issue I had this time was a very strong mildew smell in the room each day. I’ve had this experience before at this property. Hope there is a way staff can fix this issue. Also, for the past several years I have been staying here, there is always an issue with the window blinds. Somehow, after you lower the blinds, it is almost always difficult to pull them up and open again. Not criticizing, just trying to give helpful feedback so the issues might be corrected.
