It was our first time here and we had a great stay. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The food is also spectacular and we enjoyed every restaurant on the property. The Italian and Asian restaurants were our favorites. Lots of activities to do throughout the day to keep you entertained. Some maintenance and construction was occurring during our stay but didn’t affect our stay much. We had an issue with a broken door but the staff was helpful. Overall very happy and would return again.

This was wonderful stay the staff was very friendly and the room was beautiful. The only down fall was the food, was expecting more authentic food. The water pressure was not very good on the sink faucets and also the toilet.

This was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday and travel to with a toddler. The staff were really thoughtful and amazing. They made us feel really special. The property was clean. There were many pools. The private beach was the best part. The many food options were also great. Far exceeded my expectations for an all inclusive.

Really good resort , food is amazing - you will really enjoy Mexican food with best quality at this resort. Staff is really humble and always ready to help you. Events through out the day keeps you busy. Night shows were brilliant. Special thanks to the staff for making our stay lovable. This resort is really 10/10 as compared to other resort . I have been to pureto Vallarta multiple times but never experienced such a wonderful resort. Don’t miss the sun set specially at this resort.

100% recommended my family and I are definitely looking forward in going back. Customer service was excellent the staff was very friendly. We'd especially like to acknowledge Soledad at Vivaz restaurant, Martin the restaurant supervisor and Susana & Luis at Hyghlightz sports bar all went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay at Ziva. The hotel was very clean and the food was good.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Ziva property. The staff is always so kind and welcoming, greeting us with a smile every time. We’ve stayed at several resorts in PV, but this one truly stands out with the best dining options — the food was consistently delicious. Our favorite spot was Blaze, not only for the tasty dishes but also for the breathtaking ocean views. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

We arrived in the off season so the property wasn't as full. This was great for us because we didn't have to fight for lounge chairs or beach chairs and palapas. The hotel itself is showing its age and could be cleaner. Some of the outdoor bathrooms appear to not be regularly maintained and are missing toilet paper. Some are also very dirty and have holes in the walls. I didn't find the amenities to be top notch, it was hard to get pool Service and Beach service. Most of the time we had to get drinks ourselves. The nightly entertainment was lacking, and unfortunately the things we were looking forward to were canceled because of rain, which obviously is unpredictable. The rooms could be better equipped with smart TVs and better water pressure. The food wasn't great either although I don't expect much from all inclusive these days, the best was the Mexican for dinner and blaze for lunch. The children's menu sucked because there were no healthy options just deep fried foods that kids don't need to be eating. The chicken had more breading than actual chicken and the corn dog was just a deep fried mini sausage. All in all we had a good time because the pools were lovely and the beach was amazing. The staff is amazing though, very quick and responsive and polite. I'm not sure I would come back to this resort.

The hotel is truly excellent, starting with the hospitality of its staff-Magaly, Jeniffer, Soledad, Alejandra, and Carlos Matta, among others. The entire team is exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful. The food and restaurants are outstanding, the beach is simply divine, and the pools are beautiful and impecably clean.
