This was my first time sf this resort and I would be happy to come again. The landscape, facilities. And beach were all beautiful. I was surprised at how warm the ocean water was. I didn’t try any of the pools because we stayed in a swim out room—which was my first time stay in this type of room. I loved having my own lounger, area of pool, and view of the beach to access at any time—no getting up early to get a good spot!

The location and private beach area were phenomenal! The restaurants staff were amazing however the quality of the food wasn’t great. The steak tastes great but the actual meat itself lacked quality. I like street vendors walking the beach but there were none there …. Overall we made the best of it. Again employees were amazing and the location and beach were great !!!!

The location is secluded with its own beach. Felt very safe. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pools were nice as well. The food was just ok. Bland. The drinks were also just ok. It was our first time in PV for our family and it was a good choice for our first time there. Just avoid the timeshare presentation that they will try to get you to attend when you check in. They say it will take 30 minutes and you will get a free massage. Took 2.5 hours instead. The staff were wonderful otherwise.

This property is beautiful. The swimmable beach is so much fun. Jesus and Fermin at the Playa beach bar were phenomenal and never let our glasses empty. The spa is nice but had to listen to construction noise during my visit. Amalia is an amazing massage therapist though. Would definitely recommend this resort.

Awesome beach access. The sand is literally a few steps from the elevator. The food is really good and overall is a good deal for an all inclusive. We stayed on the 20th floor, had 1 elevator that took forever, then the elevator stopped working so everyone had to use service elevator, it took almost 15-20min to get downstairs. I didn’t have hot water for 3 days. Did not care for management attitude. Its tons of construction going on, so couldn't sleep in. It was so many other things. Overall didn’t care for this resort.

Absolutely LOVED our stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the beach was gorgeous, the food and drinks were great, so many good dining options, great pools, view from the room was great... can't say enough good things about this place. Would absolutely recommend it for anyone traveling to Puerto Vallarta
