The resort is in the Marina area of Puerto Vallarta which has it's own charm. It is about 5 kilometers the center but is nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. There is local bus outside the door which takes you directly there. The resort has two areas, one overlooking the marina and the other by the ocean. Both areas have pools, food and drinks. The food is good and it has two speciality restaurants serving Italian and seafood. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are two tennis courts on site and perhaps in the future they could be converted to pickleball courts. There is pickleball in the area for those who want to play . A great place to stay.

The property claims to be an all-inclusive yet they can't even offer you water in your room. The pools are not the best and they have too many restrictions.

Very Disappointed in stay. Waited a long time during check in still can’t understand why? The all inclusive food was inedible and drink service was hit or miss. Also paid more than I was quoted by Travelocity when I finally got to this dreadful property. I was so hot and tired from standing in lobby while trying to check in I just paid whatever. My expectations weren’t that high based on other reviews and it was not pleasant.

Loved the people. Didn't have a chair in the room, or outside other than lounge chairs. The place is older but they were so kind, it was perfect. The food was excellent and dining by the marina was wonderful.
