This staff was amazing!!! 10 out of 10. The room was comfy and clean. Two different 5 star family owned restaurants a block away that won’t cost a lot at all. There is a Oxxo (like 7 eleven) across the street. For a budget resort, they surpassed my expectations. Stay at least 5 days to see all around the Zona Romantica. Very safe neighborhood after dark also.

Older building on the beach, very noisy at night from the street, no amenities, linens should be replaced as they are no longer white and are now full of stains. The view was great from our room but could not walk on patio since the restaurant downstairs cooks lots of fish and I could smell it when on the patio. The front desk folks were very nice.

The location is excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff great. Many thanks to Gaby, who took wonderful care of our room. View from our oceanfront room fantastic; sound of the waves at night, after beach nightlife settles down, is soothing and just lovely. The ocean is warmer this time of year and was a welcome pleasure.

The property is stunning! Traditional old Vallarta. Spend the extra money for the rooms with an ocean view. So worth it. Clean large rooms. Staff is amazing . Mario has been very helpful . All staff we have met are bilingual. Price is very reasonable. We will definitely be back.

Location is hard to beat, but the building is a little dated. The Elevator seems to stop on the second floor every single time even though no one pushes the button. The bed is super comfortable. If you get a balcony with the ocean view, it’s amazing. The staff is very friendly at the restaurants great Maybe a nicer couch with the table inside and the outside table could be improved.

Always stay at this hotel. Its very quiet and safe. Hotel is beachfront with its own restaurant/bar with beach service. Hotel supplies you with beach towels at no extra charge!

An average experience

The hotel is a marginal facility at best. I had hot water issues in my first room and then in the room I was moved to by the front desk. The elevator should be repaired because the stop at the desired floor was hard and bumpy. It was very annoying and unacceptable. Restaurant food was over priced and my waiter was very rude. However, the front desk was very customer oriented. In good conscience I can’t recommend this hotel.

Was a great hotel for the price. Great staff. Very clean. Loved my ocean view from the balcony. Easy access to street walking and beach front . Lots of restaurants near by and things to do.

Not fancy, but clean, reasonably spacious, and with amazing location and staff - very friendly and helpful. A maintenance person went out of his way to find a tool to help repair my reading glasses, which was above and beyond. My one complaint is that there were only about 12 beach chairs on a daily basis and they were removed (along with umbrellas) at 3pm. It would make a world of difference to extend that time to at least 5pm! There is a decent (but pricey, even with 10% guest discount) restaurant on the beach that seems to have priority.
