WHAT A DUMP! I paid $170usd to “splurge” on a final night alone w my wife. When I walked in- I was mortified. Nothing like the pics. Room smelled like raw sewage all night. The fridge was old and moldy and rusty and didn’t even work. The bathroom light didn’t stay on longer than 30 seconds at a time. When I attempted to take a shower, which I was absolutely terrified to do, the moment the water came on, The showerhead fell apart. I called the front desk to ask for help to get it fixed, and they yelled at me to do it myself. I told him I was not tall enough to do it, and when they came in, they stared at me angrily while they put it back together. When they left, I turned it on and it fell apart again, so I just grabbed my stuff and left as soon as I could. My wife also got bedbug bites all over her arms. This was hands-down literally the worst place and worst experience at a hotel I’ve ever had in my life. Please be warned about this dumpster fire.

The property is clean and well-maintained. But it needs remodeling. Rooms and baths are outdated. Check-in was at 3PM but still room was not ready. They have limited number of mini-bars to offer and we needed to fight for the last one. Property has a nice terrace with great view of the beach. The highlight is definitely the location. They offer free access to the beach club but it closes at 3:30pm and the service at the restaurant at the beach club is slow. Food is great if you can wait. Staff at the hotel is kind and they offer beach towels if you need. Somethings like being charged 50 pesos for a lost key/card sucks.

Old property, everything was broken or needed to be fixed. Had to move rooms as bathroom was so small. Couldn't fit in shower. Second room, little better. Staff was nice and helpful.
