Only have stairs, its 77 stairs to the 5th floor. Can not sit on toilet as it is in a corner. The pictures on expedia are totally glorified.

The wifi was shotty, but the location was perfect for walking and enjoying the Old Part of Puerto Vallatra. Centered in a lgbtq area bars food and fun all around. Beach is only 7 mins for the hotel down a easy access road.

Economic and Accessible Hotel Option in PV
This hotel is located in a very accessible main street, close to lots of restaurants, bars and a short walk to either the beach or the malecon. The staff are excellent and responsive. It can get loud at night due to its location. So if you're a light sleeper, that might be a concern. It's also not the newest hotel, so keep that in mind for your expectations. I found it perfectly acceptable, and the cost can't be beat.
