★ BOOKING DETAILS ★
The condo has a very strict 8 person sleeping capacity and 12 person maximum (8 sleeping and 4 day visitors). All guests and visitors MUST be pre-registered and can not exceed 12 total. No reservation can go over this capacity, no exceptions. Fines will be assessed if guests try to enter unregistered guests.

We do require our guests to be 25 or older to rent per our insurance company. ID verification is required and guests are required to sign a rental agreement directly with us.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We highly recommend travel insurance to help in case you need to cancel outside of our policy window!

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
Absolutely NO parties will be tolerated! We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. To be respectful of our residential neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. To be considerate of our neighbors and community, violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental and deposit funds.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in loss of security deposit to cover Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
