A stand out new condo on the top floor combining a modern, rustic design with top-notch amenities - complete with stunning views of Old Town Vallarta and the Bay of Banderas.

NOTES: This condo is in the middle of the best nightlife Puerto Vallarta has to offer. While staying here you'll be only steps away from the best restaurants, shops and bars. However, be advised that on certain nights (especially weekends) there may be noise in the condo coming from the nearby bars. Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project in the block across the street that may cause noise and dust during working hours.

Upon entering this home, you'll be impressed by the modern, rustic style. Cool grays and subtle blues mix with rich wood and charcoal granite for a luxurious look and feel. All furnishings are of high quality and not a detail has been missed.

The luxury and comfortability of this condo will make you want to stay at home but you'll have access to a rooftop pool, hot tubs, BBQ, and gym just one floor above you. Work on your tan on one of the lounge chairs or get lost in a novel under the shade, take a dip in the pool or relax in a hot tub. Step outside the building and sample food from the best restaurants in PV, browse the famous art galleries, or people-watch at Los Muertos Beach - everything only steps away.

The one-bedroom condo features a comfortable, Posturepedic king-size bed, queen-size sofa sleeper, and two full bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen shines with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. For those who like to cook, there is a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and toaster at your disposal with indoor seating for up to 6.

The living area sports a high-definition Smart TV with access to Netflix, Youtube, and Spotify. WiFi internet with speeds up to 50 MBPS (unheard of in Vallarta) for all your entertainment or business needs.

Common Amenities

The new Pavilion building is all about its common amenities. The development boasts not one but two large common area terraces. The 5th-floor terrace features a sparkling semi-Olympic lap pool accompanied by several lounge chairs, cabanas, and an indoor/outdoor cinema. The rooftop (8th floor) terrace features a dipping pool, saltwater, and freshwater jacuzzi, bar area, BBQ, and lounge seating surrounded by greenery and views of Zona Romantica. With a push of the button, you can let your friends in to join you for a movie or BBQ on the roof (just be sure to let us know they'll be joining you beforehand).

The Neighborhood

The Pavilion building is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Pavilion.

The beach is also a short walk, about 2 blocks west of Pavilion. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

Gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. Very safe building in a safe neighborhood.

A member of our team will meet you at the building for check-in. Afterward, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas.

Getting Around

You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is within walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

Other Things to Note
Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Renters must be at least 25 years old.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.

Host Elisa was fabulous! Check in was a breeze! Condo was beautiful and very well equipped. The 2 pools were very relaxing and there was a very clean BBQ available for use. We only had one tiny problem and that was the wifi signal was Very weak. Couldn't use it on the patio. Would definitely return! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Condo and Building

From the moment we walked through the door to the Pavillion building we knew we were in a great place. Front desk staff were awesome and assisted with check in and access to the condo. The condo is even nicer than the online pictures and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We did not want to leave and would stay here again for sure.

Location is key!

We like the location due to its proximity to the clubs. This is a double edged sword. Being so close is great if you are a night owl and get in after 1am most nights. Anytime before this you will hear music. The view is great, until they finish the building the will soon block most of the view. You will still get a great sunset and sunrise. So enjoy it.

Overall the stay was good. The check in and response to issues was super attentive and very friendly and it is very obvious that customer service is important to the team. The condo was spotless and better than the pictures. If there was a downside it would be the noise factor, which they mention in the profile so new forewarned. It is close to bars that play music late into the night. On a positive note the pool areas and gym are gorgeous and the views are spectacular.

A view and a lap pool!

What a pleasant stay in Pavillon. The property is well built and maintained. Having a lap pool was such a great bonus as a way to get great exercise. That plus lots of walking site-seeing and a bit of yoga. Old town is such a friendly walkable area. The front desk person was such a welcoming man. The host was personable and responsive. This was a wonderful visit to PV.
