Oceanfront Condo On The Beach With Panoramic Views

Welcome to Los Palmares! If you’re looking for a quiet tropical getaway, you’ve come to the right place. Los Palmares is located in Punta Negra, along the South Shore, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This corner unit condo has a spectacular panoramic ocean view from every room. The condo is right on the beach, with the ocean in front and the tropical rainforest behind. Your just steps away from the beautiful turquoise ocean water and sandy beach. Located 3 miles (6 kilometers) south of the Old Town along the Mismaloya. Los Palmares has a large open air palapa that operates as an oceanfront dining restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch until 3:00p.m. The restaurant will even bring your food and beverage poolside or deliver it to the condo. If you’d like to venture out, there are many restaurants (local and international cuisine), shopping areas, art galleries, nightclubs and outdoor excursions. There is a bus stop in front of Los Palmares for a quick ten minute ride into town (busses run every 20 mins). Taxis are also available. A one way trip will cost approx. 70 cents by bus, $9 by Uber or $10 by taxi. Come and experience the gentle ocean breeze, the sounds of the tropical rainforest, and the colorful sunset.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was amazing and the condo was very spacious. Every room was perfect for us. We loved how there was a room with single beds for our kids and its own bathroom. The air conditioning really made a difference, and we liked how easy it was to change. The decor was good and made a homey environment. The rental also included some beach equipment that came in handy. About a ten minute drive to town. We miss it already, definitely worth the stay!

Another absolutely wonderful stay in PV and Sherrie's condo. There isn't a more perfect beach and the pool area is perfectly quiet and not crowded and it's as if you are sitting on the sand. The staff at this property are incredible. I can't say enough about Sherrie as a host, she is responsive and truly wants your stay to be wonderful. Lovely Condo

This clean, good size condo has spectacular views from its large windows and balconies. The kitchen is well stocked and twice a week housekeeping is provided which is unusual for a VRBO. The owner Sherrie is accessible and responsive to any and all questions or concerns. This was our second time renting this condo. The condo is very spacious and features views out to the ocean/bay on two sides. The pool area is heaven - huge infinity pool. It is an easy trip into town. We went into town every day - sometimes once in the morning and then back again for dinner. Ubers, taxis and the public bus are easy from this location.

Little peace of heaven on earth

This is my second time at this property. The staff are kind and helpful. The pool is amazing. The view from the hot tub is stunning. Sit, relax, and watch the sunset. The condo is so spacious, and open, and really perfect. We found everything we needed and had such a fabulous time. The location right on the beach with soft sand is just perfect. The restaurant has great margaritas and the food is quite good!! Ubers, taxis, and busses are all available most any time. Enjoy!
