Welcome to Oasis at River Cuale, situated right on the edge of Old Town, also known as the Zona Romantica. Just a short stroll away, you'll discover the town's top restaurants and bars. The Emiliano Zapata market is a mere 1-2 minute walk, just across the bridge. Follow the riverwalk to Isla Cuale for a leisurely walk among local vendors and the natural beauty of Vallarta. And if you're up for it, it's just a 15-minute walk to reach Malecon and Los Muertos beach.

Getting around
You don't need a car to experience this area of Puerto Vallarta, this building is walking distance to everything you need. Taxis, Ubers and buses are readily available and affordable.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.

Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.

Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
