The location is our greatest asset: you'll be steps away from the sand, restaurants, bars, and everything that makes Puerto Vallarta special. Location, convenience, and fair prices all in one place.

- Extra guests are not allowed. As an exception, a baby under 2 years old may be accommodated at an additional cost of $250 MXN per night, as the administration considers them an extra guest. The corresponding payment will be processed through Airbnb once the reservation is confirmed. A bath towel and beach towel will be provided for the baby.

- If you need any special items, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to have them ready for your arrival.

- Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask that you be very respectful and keep noise down between 9:00 PM and 10:00 AM.

- Internet service in Puerto Vallarta may experience occasional failures due to the area. We do our best to keep it stable, but we appreciate your understanding in case of any interruptions.

- Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in the hallways. If staff notice the smell of cigarettes, burns on the furniture, or cigarette butts on the floor, there will be a penalty of $1,500.00 MXN for cleaning and deodorizing the property.
- Visitors are not allowed due to building rules.
- Quiet hours are between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
- We kindly ask you to use the air conditioning responsibly.
- Any damage to the property (linens, appliances, furniture, walls, etc.) will result in a penalty for the cost of repairs.
