Staff was very nice and accommodating. We stayed in the penthouse suite, but everything was very outdated and not very clean at all. Pillows were terrible and the bed was a back breaker.. the food at the buffet was pretty bad. Although the summit pool looked invitin.. the cons outweigh the pros. unfortunately we will never rebook at this resort again.

It was decent. Beautiful view from our deck, huge 1 bedroom with two bathrooms. The only downside was no wifi. Travelling with two teenage daughters, this was definitely an issue.

Great Property for a smaller resort. You can walk right out the lobby and the beach is about 20 or 30 steps away. I was there March 1st, 2025 for one week. I saw a whale and her baby jumping and splashing around, from my beach lounger. The food was very good authentic Mexican as the resort is full of mainly locals. Not a ton of choices for the food but what they do offer was quite good. All 3 pools were very clean. Staff was very very attentive and did a wonderful job. I was very pleasantly surprised and had a great time resettng myself. Highly recommend for a budget friendly, authetic vacation.

El hotel nececita mucha remodelacion, la tina de baño estaba tan golpeada y oxidada que mi esposo penso que estaba sucia, no habia agua caliente, las lamparas de noche no tenian la cubierta solo los focos y no servian, dice todo incluido pero habia un restaurante que tenias que pagar, la comida del snack bar la hamburguesa para ser ecxacto me causo una intoxicacion, que perdi los dos primeros dias de mi vacaciones y estuve en cama. Esa fue mi experiencia, pero si esta limpio y los empleados.muy amables.
