Everything was perfect!! Beautiful views, 10 minute walk to port for excursions, short cab ride to Romantic zone, great beach and pool. All around awesome!

Great stay for family of 8

Enjoyed our 1 week stay. A couple of messages to the management team was needed for supplies etc at the beginning but very responsive management team. Beds in the 3 bedrooms were wonderful but the murphy bed in the den was not that great for a couple, but it's difficult to find adequate sleeping for 8 adults.

Amazing view!

We recently stayed for a week at the Icon Vallarta and can’t say enough good things about it. The condo was spacious, well equipped, with comfortable beds and amazing views from almost every room. Location was excellent, close to restaurants, groceries and still walkable to the Marina (30 min). We even walked down the beach to the Malecon (took 1.5 hrs with three kids in tow) but was a nice walk with lots to see/stop at along the way. The on site concierge and 24/7 security were all very friendly. The food and drinks from the onsite restaurant/beach bar were better than we thought they’d be and the prices were really reasonable. Pool was great with lots of in pool seating. Sometimes we found it tough to get more than 2 or 3 chairs together by the pool but had we gone out earlier each morning it likely wouldn’t have been an issue. The host Leo was very responsive and great to deal with. All in all it was a great trip and we would definitely stay there again!

Easy-Peasy

We have been visiting PV for over 40 yrs. And it was our first time renting rather than staying in a hotel. Icon is a special property. Well-maintained. Professionally-staffed. The ride from the airport by taxi is super-easy. Walking over the pedestrian bridge to access off property taxis is preferred. It beats fighting the crowds and lines immediately exiting the terminal. Check in at Icon could not have been easier. Leo and team met us upon arrival and escorted us directly to the apartment. Much easier than our usual hotel check-in of long lines and room processing. The unit is scenically situated, with full views of the city and bay front sunsets. Bedrooms have the back orientation toward the east for Mountain View’s and sunrise. The kitchen was well-supplied with blender, and everything we needed to cook (although we elected not to). Instead, we took advantage of the morning breakfast service and the beach bar and food service for lunch and beverages throughout the day. Leo and team were very accommodating. We were interested in having a meal available upon arrival. Arranging separate cooking and cleaning service is available for a fee. The concierge team at Icon were very helpful with arranging for a boat charter. And because of work, the business center was well designed for a full work day of virtual meetings. Finally the security at Icon were very professional. They are present, but in no way intrude on what was a nice birthday get-away. Great all around.
