The fully-furnished terrace runs the full length of the condo and has a dining area with Weber grill, seating area to enjoy cocktails or a cup of coffee in the mornings as well as a chaise lounge surrounded with flowers for quiet reading.

The condo has mini splits for air conditioning (one each in bedrooms and one in main salon). From December through April, the refreshing cross breezes are so comfortable and pleasant, you will not even need the A/C.

The Wi-Fi and high-speed, Internet connection is provided and if you bring your Firestick and have a VPN you can stream all your apps just as if you were at home.

Be sure to enjoy the shared infinity pool and lounge area. Perfect for a refreshing dip as you look over the bay, snoozing in the sun on a lounge chair, or reading a book in the shaded area.

After an easy walk up the steps, enter through the locked gate where you will take the elevator to the fifth floor. The floor has a locked-gate entry and there are only two condos on each floor.

On the border of the 5 de Diciembre and el Cerro neighborhoods and overlooking Centro Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay, on a clear day you can see the Marietas Islands! The condo building is in a neighborhood, where you can live like a local and it is an easy downhill walk to the Malecon/Boardwalk where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops.

Continue walking south and you will be in the Romantic Zone which has lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Ubers and taxis are readily available and inexpensive, which is especially nice when you want a quick, easy trip back up the hill to the condo.
