Would not allow us to cancel for a refund over Easter, during the ongoing cartel instability. US State Department has advised against travel to PV, but this property insists everything is back to normal, as a way to keep every penny of your reservation fees. In light of the extraordinary events that led up to the situation they should have been concerned with the safety of their guests but didn’t care. Beware.

We had to walk through an unsecured parking lot to get to the building where our room was. There was construction on the main road so everyone detoured around the back of the building. We were not able to sleep at all. This room should not have been rented at all. The roads are cobblestone as well so the noise was unbearable and loud.

Remodeled loft was great, clean, basic breakfast included. Staff very friendly. Great location. More lounge chairs would be good. Friends stayed in single room, not good, very dated, no windows, no soaps/shampoo (which i had). Massage by 3rd party, nake sure front desk confirms (they set ut up).

Stayed 1 night until our long term accommodations were ready. The staff was great, very friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was clean and comfortable and so close to restaurants, cafes and malecon, would definitely stay here again. Thumbs up!

My daughter had a terrible accident in the room. She hit a metal beam that is next to the bed. Terrible part of the room to have a metal beam to the height of kids. She got a big cut that needed stitches and satures. Overall a really bad experience. Scary and dangerous.
