đŸ™ïž The Neighborhood
Loft 268 is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Basilio Badillo Street is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Loft 268.

The beach is a short walk, just 2 blocks west of Loft 268. You'll find several restaurants and bars on the beach and a handful of activities to engage in, including parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

👼 Security
This is a gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. If guests come to visit you, you'll be able to see their face on a video screen in the condo and can chat with them before deciding to let them in. This building is very safe in a safe neighborhood.

đŸ€ Interaction with Guests
A member of our team will meet you at the building for check-in. Afterward, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away.

🔑 Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:

- An open rooftop from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, only 2 people at a time can use it and a reservation in advance is required.
- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 1:00 p.m. for maintenance reasons.
- A roofop bar open 7-days a week from 12:30pm to 7:30pm (Opening at 1pm on Wednesdays for rooftop and pool cleaning).
- Only two guests' visitors per unit are allowed in the condo and the common areas from 9 AM to 11 PM. They will need to register upon arrival on a binnacle and show a piece of ID.
- Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay, which will be provided at check-in.

📌 Other Things to Note
Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace.

So good we did it again.Using a professional rental manager was great, they were in constant contact with us and held our bags before check-in. This property met all our needs: balcony, great location, clean, nice pool with loungers. The pool area isn't shaded by the building or other buildings, a nice plus b/c PV sometimes has a cool breeze (which we love!). Positive for this particular rental: b/c it's on the highest floor, you can easily walk up and down to the pool area via the stairs and skip the elevator. For some, the bed might be too hard. We always bring our own kitchen knife. Otherwise, the kitchen is well stocked to be used.

We loved watching the streets of Zona Romantica from the living room and balcony as we rested from exploring around PV. We worked remotely for a few days during our trip and the place was great for that. Had all of the accommodations of home!

Great Unit in the Middle of Everything.

Very nice property. Panoramic view; top floor. Surprisingly quiet given the location. As it is western facing the afternoon sun does get a bit intense. Had trouble with building management as they told us we couldn’t swim laps in the pool.

Unit was very attractive. Several things were not working, washing machine broken and never was repaired. Kitchen faucet and bed frame needed repairs, were fixed after 2 requests. Dishwasher had no heated dry cycle, even read the instructions explaining the controls, to no avail. Very nice view, no noise issues, a corner unit which seems to have more room than non corner units.

Vacation from the Minnesota Winter

This property is spectacular ! The condo accommodations where great. The location of the condo on the 7th floor overlooks the city and ocean. The view doesn’t get much better ! The rooftop entertainment area, gym, pool, jacuzzi and lounge chairs are simply wonderful. The quantity of chairs in the sun was perfect and we didn’t feel we needed to rush to reserve our chair for a day in the sun. The staff at the building were friendly and helpful. The building is kept perfectly clean . We will definitely stay at this property on future trips.

Nice Place

We enjoyed the condo very much. Very well appointed and comfortable furniture and bed. The pool and the patio were very nice too. The only negative was the noise from construction nearby and traffic, even tho we were on the top floor. Nice view of the fireworks at night and some water view too. We were very happy with the unit overall.

Great Location, Unit, Pool and Balcony

I’ve stayed in Puerto Vallarta many times and this was by far my favorite property. The unit is extremely nice with everything you need. The Balcony has a great view of the neighborhood. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to all the best bars, clubs, restaurants in the area in 2 minutes. The pool on the roof is extremely nice and very big. They also have a pool table which was great for my friends and I during the day. The front desk staff was very friendly and the property manage was extremely responsive and genuinely cared about my stay. I will likely stay here again.
