Great holiday home. Superb location for the beach!!

Donato’s house is great. It’s in a superb location for the beach. The beach is superfine white sand and at the Cala verde end it’s stunning. The house is on a holiday village type arrangement. A play park for toddlers. The house is 2 bedrooms. The second room is small and like a mezzanine but fine for kids. The attraction is location to the beach. It’s quiet and peaceful set in trees. We went in June so quiet season. There aren’t many restaurants nearby. On the complex none at all. A walk along the beach finds you a couple of bars. For eating out head into pula or grab a drink and a bite to eat in a beach bar for a sundowner. The house has everything you need. A garden, an outside hot and cold shower, terrace to eat on and a well equipped kitchen. Upstairs a bathroom, master bedroom and little room. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet. I’d definitely go back. Donato’s spoken English non existent (like my Italian) but my husband can speak Italian to get by and that turned out to be very useful. It’s not luxury but it’s a great find. I hope to go back.

Das gute Urlaubsgefühl startet schon vor der Reise. Donato stellt auf die eigenen Reisemodalitäten ein, er ist ein ganz herzlicher, zugewandter Gastgeber. Er zeigt einem das kleine, sehr gut gepflegte und saubere, gemütliche Haus und die gesamte Location. Bei allen Fragen ist er stets ansprechbar und stets bemüht, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Eine defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde umgehend und zu dem Zeitpunkt, den wir vorschlugen, gegen ein brandneues Gerät getauscht. Die Anlage ist im Otober ruhig und ideal für Paare, die Zweisamkeit und ein bisschen Abgeschiedenheit suchen. Der zur Anlage gehörende Strand ist wunderschön und ebenfalls sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns in unserer Flitterwoche rundum wohlgefühlt. Danke, Donato und Anna!

Donato und Anna waren sehr nett.Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber.Wenn etwas zu bemängeln wäre, dann ist es die laute Toilettenspülung. Nachts auf die Toilette zu gehen sollte man vermeiden, wenn man den Partner nicht wach machen möchte. Das Schlafzimmer ist direkt nebenan.Ansonsten alles gut.Bezüglich des Internetauftritts, die Pizzeria auf dem Gelände gibt es schon seit zwei Jahren nicht mehr.Ebenso die Möglichkeit bei Spar einzukaufen.Man muss mit dem Auto nach Pula zum Einkaufen.Der Pool wird auch nicht mehr betrieben.Laut Internetauftritt ist alles noch offen. Das muss geändert werden.Ansonsten empfehlenwert.LG Francesco

Das Haus ist gemütlich und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Donato und seine Frau sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. In der näheren Umgebung erreichbar mit dem Auto gibt es viele wunderschöne Strände. Aber auch der Strand direkt an der Ferienablage ist schön.

Wir haben eine Woche in Donatos Haus verbracht und fanden es ganz wunderbar. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen, voll ausgestattete Küche, eine schöne Terrasse mit Decken-Ventilator und Aussicht auf den Garten mit blühendem Oleander-Baum. Die Außendusche war super praktisch, um sich nach einem Strandtag abzuduschen. Außerdem standen Strandstühle, ein Sonnenschirm, Sandspielzeug und Bälle zur Verfügung. 2 weitere Sonnenschirme haben wir vor Ort gelassen, weil wir diese nicht mit dem Flugzeug mitnehmen wollten. Die Anlage, in der das Haus steht, ist sehr ruhig. Zum Strand sind es wenige Minuten, dieser ist unter der Woche selbst in der Hauptsaison nicht überfüllt und eine Bar ist auch vorhanden. Ein Spielpatz, Tennisplatz und kleiner Fußballplatz sowie Tischtennisplatten und Tischkicker sind auch in der Anlage zu finden. Ein Supermarkt ist auch fußläufig entfernt. Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Traumstrände sind Max. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, wir haben viele besucht und das Meer in seinen schönsten Farben gesehen. Donato und seine Frau begrüßten uns herzlich, zeigten uns das ganze Haus und die Kommunikation klappte dank Übersetzungs-Programm wunderbar. Wir empfehlen unbedingt einen Besuch!

Super Ferienwohnung

Donato und seine Frau haben ein wahres Schmuckstück... alles was man im alltäglichen Leben braucht bietet das Haus...Die Küche ist sehr gut bestückt und man findet alles was man braucht...Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben jeweils eine Klimaanlage welche auch von Nöten war...Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man merkt das viel Herzblut darinsteckt..Aussenbereich war Top... Sonnenschein in der Früh und dann spendet das Vordach Schatten und der Deckenventilator war permanent in GebrauchDer Strand ist etwa 200m zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar..Auch das Fahrrad wurde mal genutzt..Insgesamt gesehen ist die Ferienanlage ausserordentlich sauber und es wird ständig irgendwo (leise).gewerkelt... ja die ganze Anlage ist sehr sehr ruhig... Die Anlage ist zudem bewacht und es werden Rundgänge durchgeführt... Für das Zugangstor erhält man einen Drücker...Wir waren etliche male beim essen in Pula... empfehlenswert... auf der Plaza ist jeden Tag was los und es gibt nahezu jeden Tag Auftritte von verschiedenen Künstlern...Es war wirklich ein Traumurlaub den ich nicht mehr missen möchte...Donate ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und möchte mich nochmals für die Gastfreundschaft allerherzlichst bei ihm und seiner Frau bedanken...vielleicht kommen wir mal wieder... oder Freunde von uns...Mille grazie Donato

Schon morgens früh ins Meer springen

... das geht von dieser Unterkunft aus! In wenigen Minuten in Badelatschen an den Strand und schon vor dem Frühstück eine Runde schwimmen. An einem Strand, den wir im Oktober fast für uns hatten. Danach eine (warme!) Außendusche und einen Kaffee auf der Terrasse. Schöner könnte ein Tag im Forte Village auch nicht starten ☺️ Alles weitere wurde in den anderen Kommentaren bereits erwähnt und gelobt. Danke an Donato und Anna

Ci accodiamo alle altre recensioni a 5 stelle, la casa dei sigg. Anna e Donato rispecchia fedelmente quanto evidenziato nell’annuncio, sia nella descrizione sia nelle foto. Herzlicher Empfang

Tolle Umgebung, sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Trotz Sprachbarriere wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen. Uns wurde alles im Haus erklärt. Bei Fragen kam schnell eine Antwort. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten erreicht. Er war nicht überfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles.

Das Appartement ist in einer Ferienanlage. Der Strand ist in 5-7 Gehminuten erreichbar. Dieser ist sehr ruhig und mit einer Strandbar ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Das Appartement ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Matratzen und die Polster sind unserer Meinung nach auszutauschen. Pula ist eine nette Ortschaft. In Chia sind sehr schöne (aber mit Parkgebühren) Strände.

Wundervolle Zeit in Santa Margherita di Pula

Donato und seine Frau sind sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Menschen. Ihr Haus hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Das Elternschlafzimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet. Geschirr und Kochutensilien sind in übermäßigem Maße vorhanden. Der Strand ist etwas weiter als 200 m entfernt und richtig schön. Das Wasser - ein Traum! Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, ideal für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub! Eine klare Weiterempfehlung von uns! Vielen Dank nochmal an Donate seine Frau!!!

Einfach nur traumhaft

Hr. Donato und seine Frau haben bereits auf uns gewartet und uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Beim Rundgang durch das Haus wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Es hat alles was man braucht. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlagen, Dusche, Waschmaschine….alles wie beschrieben. Ca. 3 Minuten bis zum sauberen Sandstrand. Der wird sehr gepflegt, so wie die ganze Anlage äußerst sauber gehalten wird. Es wird sogar in der Nacht durch einen Wächter bewacht. Hr. Donato meinte wir müssen das Haus nicht immer absperren wenn wir zum Strand gehen oder so, und tatsächlich hatten wir nie das Gefühl, dass wir uns Sorgen um unser Hab und Gut machen müssten. Wir haben sogar die Stühle am Strand tagsüber stehen lassen und am Abend waren die immer am Selben Standort wie wir sie zurückgelassen hatten wieder vorzufinden. Es hat einen Spar vor Ort 08:00 - 21:00 ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß. In Pula, ca. 12 Min. entfernt gibt es dann auch zwei große Geschäfte und einen Fischerladen hat es auch. Der Markt am Dienstag ist sehr zu empfehlen. Uns hat der Aufenthalt hier äußerst gefallen und wir würden das genau so wieder machen und können alles genau so wie beschrieben empfehlen. Ein von uns zerbrochener Teller verursachte ein leichtes Schulterheben bei den Gastgebern, so nach der Art: „und, was solls“…Sehr, sehr nett und es ist alles wie beschrieben. Unseren herzlichsten Dank an die beiden Gastgeber! LG

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus

Wir haben sehr spontan in der letzten Oktober Woche das Haus gebucht. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt Spiele, ein Fahrrad, sandspielsachen usw. es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Ein schöner Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 min (mit Kleinkind) zu erreichen. Donato und Anna sind sehr freundlich. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Kleines sehr gemütliches Haus in einer Ferienanlage direkt am Meer

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sogar um 2 Tage verlängert. Die Ferienanlage liegt an einem kilometerlangen feinsandigen Strand. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine Terrasse mit kleinem Garten. Die Gastgeber sind Privatleute, die sehr freundlich um unser Wohlergehen bemüht waren.

Toller Urlaub
