Close to beach

We stayed with my husband, 2 kids, my parents and adult brother. Very spacious. Every room had its own bathroom. Clean and tidy. Private pool was great.

This is a lovely apartment with excellent facilities.

We had a good stay. The weather was kind for early September. Central Pula is a short bus journey. There are local shops and restaurants. The walks along the coast are lovely.

Fantastisch!!

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter und ihren drei Freunden in dieser tollen Wohnung, die eher ein Haus im Haus ist. Der Pool ist wunderschön, die Küche riesengroß und gut ausgestattet. Die jungen Leute hatten das obere Stockwerk komplett für sich, inklusive dem riesigen Balkon samt gemütlicher

Urlaub mit Freunden

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich, wirklich schön. Wir sind zu neunt angereist, mit zwei Autos. Es waren genug Parkplätze für alle Autos vorhanden. Wir sind zudem früher in Pula angekommen und konnte in Absprache mit den Vermietern, ebenfalls früher einchecken, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Ebenfalls haben wir als erstes die Unterkunft nur für acht Personen gebucht, wollten dann aber doch zu neunt anreisen. Ich habe mit den Vermietern ohne Problem kommunizieren können und den Betrag bei der Ankunft nachgezahlt. Zudem ist die Lage einfach traumhaft man ist direkt am Meer und zu Fuß in unter 30 Minuten in der Stadt. Der eigen Pool ist super schön. Auch die Zimmer sind fantastisch, da es 4 Bäder mit jeweils Toiletten und Duschen oder Badewannen gibt, so kommt es auch nicht zu irgendwelchen Komplikation;) Da wir mit dem Auto verreist sind hat man auch super Tagesausflüge unternehmen können. Auch Supermärkte waren Fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir sind alle sehr danke für den sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden die Unterkunft auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Schönes, geräumiges Appartement

Schönes und sehr geräumiges Appartement, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Der Pool war ein Highlight und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Die zuweilen bemängelte Lautstärke der Straße störte uns nicht, da alle Schlafzimmer mit Ausnahme desjenigen im Erdgeschoss klimatisiert waren und wir bei geschlossenem Fenster geschlafen haben. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad, sehr praktisch. Kleiner Minuspunkt für die Waschmaschine, die zu klein dimensioniert ist und zusätzlich ewig für eine normale Buntwäsche braucht. Das ist aber zu verschmerzen. Wir haben uns gut erholt!

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus war sehr sauber. Der Pool war traumhaft. Für Familien mit Kindern bestens geeignet. Einrichtung top und alles intakt. Vermieter freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Immer saubere bettwäsche. Alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Kleiner Laden in der Nähe. Klimaanlage hat auch funktioniert aber wir haben sie nicht gebraucht. Das Wasser im Pool war immer sauber.

Tolle Ausstattung, sauber, problemlose Kommunikation.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, der Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert, es sind nur wenige hundert Meter bis zum Strand ... und der Pool ist das Zuckerl für einen ruhigen Tag Zuhause. Sehr zu empfehlen, gerne wieder.

Prima accomodatie.

Huis is heel schoon en keurig netjes! Klein minpuntje de drukke weg. En op de advertentie wordt gesuggereerd dat het om 1 kant gaat, de linkerkant maar wij zaten aan de rechterkant. Heb je iets mjnder zon. Had wel in de advertentie genoemd mogen worden. Verder super fijn huis en omgeving. Lekker gegeten in de restaurants, niet duur.

Gute Lage, großes Appartment, Privatpool für Kinder und Erwachsene gut geeignet

1-wöchiger Urlaub Anfang August 2018 mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (4,5,6); Wohnung/Haus recht neu (EG plus 1 OG); großes komfortables Wohnzimmer (TV leider ohne deutsche Sender), EG: 1 Schlafzimmer + 1 Bad (incl. Waschmaschine und Whirlpool) ; im ersten OG 3 Schlafzimmer (jedes mit eigenem Bad und eigenem Klimasplitgerät); WLAN funktioniert auch bei Benutzung von 4 Geräten (3 Handys und ein Tablet) gut (auf allen vier Geräten liefen Youtube Videos flüssig); Nähe zum nächsten Strand (Meeresschule Pula) ca. 200 Meter; netter Vermieter und schnelle einwandfreie Abwicklung der Mietformalitäten; der Pool (mit Düsen und Sprudel) war unser persönliches Highlight; die Kinder haben ihn sehr oft genutzt; wir Erwachsenen auch abends um 22:00 Uhr > hier ein dickes EXTRA-Lob für den Vermieter > die Beleuchtung blieb bis gg. Mitternacht an; Wasserqualität im Pool einwandfrei (selbst bei täglichen Aussentemperaturen von ca. 34 Grad); wir haben einmal gegrillt im vorhandenen gemauerten Grill (Kohle und Anzünder selbst besorgt); abends Stechfliegen im Poolbereich; Maßnahme dagegen > Anzünden/Abbrennen von RAID-Glühspiralen/gibt es dort zB. im DM; Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück sind eingezeichnet; ausreichend groß und den einzelnen Appartments nummerisch zugeteilt; Sauberkeit bei Übernahme vorhanden; Küche ansprechend und funktional; alles da war wir benötigten; lediglich die Mikrowelle hat eine m.M. nach eine zu geringe Leistung; alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

En flott leilighet med fin beliggenhet

Vi er en familie på 6 som hadde en fott uke i leiligheten. Den fremstår som meget delikat og fin. Har alt den trenger og ligger fint til med gangavstand til strand, restauranter og butikk. Kort veil til busstopp som kan frakte deg rundt i Pula. Kan anbefales.
