Dear Mr. Bobrakov! To write about great inconvenience with the leaking bathtub is not fair as we offered you a repair straight away which you declined as you did not wanted to be disturbed. Concerning the confusing direction to reach the property I do not know what are you referring to as we have no instructions and direction on this platform.
