Great house on the hill

Great property with lots of facilities. Everything we needed to cook was there. House itself is lovely. Little bit tired but I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Gardens do need a little TLC. Plants/bushes need a cut back. Pool area tiles are crumbling and stick to wet skin. Property agent fab. Alin was very attentive and ensured all our questions and requested were dealt with quickly. Thank you.

Très bel endroit

Belle maison avec toutes les commodités, propre, bien équipée, belle vue. Piscine et jardin entretenus. Seuls bémols les mouches et les nids de guêpes. Je recommande vivement et nous y retournerons sans problème.

San Juan is a place of beauty and tranquility but close enough to so much.

A very comfortable villa with stunning views all around. It is clean, in very good repair and with all the homely touches that so many other villas lack. We loved it and hope to return.

100% privacy en fenomenale gastvrijheid

meer dan een vakantiewoning is La Noria een écht woonhuis. Gedurende ons verblijf van 6 weken voelden we ons hier echt thuis. de binneninrichting is luxueus, smaakvol en compleet. de vele terrassen rondom het huis bieden op elk moment van de dag zon of schaduw. het huis ligt geïsoleerd op een kleine heuvel en biedt 100% privacy. de gastvrijheid is fenomenaal. en ook de omgeving is prachtig : letterlijk op 5 minuten autorijden sta je met je voeten in de Middellandse Zee of aan de start van een wandeling of fietstocht in de bergen. een wandeling naar de chiringuito's in het dorp doe je in een half uurtje. voor ieder wat wils dus. enige kanttekening is het geluid van het verkeer tussen terreros en pulpi, maar dat weegt absoluut niet op tegen al het moois wat dit huis te bieden heeft. we hopen nog vele jaren te mogen terugkeren

Relax total

Mucha tranquilidad e intimidad pero al estar en el campo hay muchas avispas una fumigación de vez en cuando sería lo apropiado la zona de la piscina el agua muy limpia pero no se podía tomar el sol ya que está muy descuidada de sillas mesas y amacas que no invitan a sentarse o tumbarse a eso agregó nuevamente las avispas, por lo demás la casa muy cómoda y agradable

Casa encantadora, ideal para desconectar.

Casa completa. Con todos las detalles para relajarte y desconectar. Nos ha sorprendido, no dudaríamos en repetir. Recomiendo a los propietarios fumigar previo a la temporada de verano, hay muchas avispas en los alrededores de la casa.

No hay nada perfecto

La vivienda .. el interior ... el equipamiento perfecto.. no falta nada.. comodidad absoluta tanto en el interior como en el jardín y la piscina. La casa tiene un equipamiento extraordinario A.A. excelente, dormitorios amplísimos, buenas camas.. todo como aparece en la página VRBO. La situación de la casa -para lo que a mí me gusta y buscaba - es perfecto, aislada en un pequeño promontorio y a 3 km de la playa. El pueblo lo conozco desde hace muchísimos años.. bien surtido de restaurantes, supermercados...etc. La playa .. la mejor de la zona. En resumen unas vacaciones inmejorables (tal como estamos), tanto es así que si puedo volveré. La valoracion es de 9 sobre 10.. porque nada es perfecto

Traumvilla und schöner Pool jedoch Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Alleinlage auf einem Hügel mit Meer- und Bergblick ist toll. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Klimaanlage unten im großen Haus funktioniert leise und tadellos. Oben ist sie lauter & wedelt direkt über dem Bett. Die Küche war gut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Betten waren ausnahmslos sehr bequem. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und gepflegt. Jedoch stank das obere Zimmer mit dem schönsten Ausblick auf das Meer derart nach Kloake, dass man es darin die 1. Woche nicht aushalten konnte. Erst nach 1 Woche Dauerlüften, Abfluss der Kleinküche reinigen, Duftstäbchen und provisorischer Geruchsverschluss Abdeckung war dieses Zimmer bewohnbar. Der Manager vor Ort spielte das Problem herunter mit lapidarer Auskunft, dass Lüften ausreiche; die Eigentümer reagierten auf dieses Problem gar nicht. Zudem gab es beim Kochen/ Backen immer Stromausfälle (bis zu 8 Mal bei einem Kochvorgang) o h n e dass eine Sicherung rausflog. Der Hauptschalter in der Garage musste immer wieder an- und ausgeschaltet werden, um das Problem zu beheben, später schalteten wir jedes Mal einfach den großen Warmwasserboiler in der Küche aus (Extraschalter unter Wandhängeschrank in Küche). Bereits bei Ankunft wurde mitgeteilt, dass die große Whirlpoolbadewanne defekt sei. 2 Tage nach Ankunft ging auch das Thermostat der schönen Dusche im großen Badezimmer kaputt. Nachdem uns der Manager wieder mal nach Zusage zu Kommen versetzt hatte, gab er an, dass er mit dem Besitzern reden würde und gleich ein neues Thermostat einbauen würde. Es geschah aber nichts dergleichen. Also mussten wir uns Abends mit 6 Erwachsenen, 2 statt 3 Warmwasserduschen teilen. Toiletten gab es dafür reichlich (5). Badetücher sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der vorhandene Gasgrill wurde von den Vorgängern oder Besitzern ungesäubert in der Garage abgestellt, weswegen wir ihn erst gar nicht nutzten. Diverse Schirme, 6 Liegen, 4 Liegenauflagen, div. Sitzkissen & Sitzmöglichkeiten im und um das Haus und Strandequipment waren vorhanden. Der Ventilator auf der Terrasse funktionierte leider nicht, TV Programme waren keine eingestellt/ auch ein Sendersuchlauf erbrachte nichts. Die nahegelegene Straße ist leider recht laut, weil auf der geraden Strecke Motorradfahrer ständig den Motor aufheulen lassen. Für die sehr vielen, extrem lästigen Fliegen auf der Terasse und am Pool können die Vermieter natürlich nichts. Alles in allem gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und Erholung. Service vor Ort könnte aber besser sein.

Esplendida

La casa es esplendida, comoda, agradable, bonita, amplia... no le falta detalle: aire acondicionado, porche, una piscina con una amplia zona para tomar el sol o el aperitivo, cerca de todo pero sin nada alrededor en un pequeño monticulo con vistas 360º. Durante 5 años hemos alquilado casas en la zona y la de Herman por un precio algo superior ofrece muchísimo más. Indudablemente si podemos volveremos. Gracias Herman hemos pasado unos días estupendos en tu casa.

Wederom fantastisch

Wij komen nu voor de tweede keer naar de woning in San Juan en vonden het fantastisch. Een zalige plek met alle voorzieningen voor de familie. Ideaal om met zijn allen tot rust te komen en te ravotten in het zwembad.
