The Primary Bedroom is HUGE with a 65" TV, mounting allows for swing out to view from anywhere in bedroom or on the screened in lanai. The 2 bedrooms on opposite side of floor plan are separated from the rest of the condo with a hallway door. Huge 2.5 Car garage allows for 2 cars and golf cart parking. 2 bikes included.

Babcock National is a private gated community offering; State of the Art fitness Center, Aerobics Studio with scheduled classes, Outdoor Yoga Lawn, Tennis and Pickle ball Courts, Resort style pool, Lap Lane Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna and Spa, Tiki Bar and Grill. The Babcock National Lifestyle Coordinator is on site daily and plans weekly Community Social Activities. (Clubhouse & Dining Restaurant will be Opening Soon) 18th Hole Gordon Lewis Design Golf Course.

In addition to all of The National Amenities, you have access to all of Babcock Ranch Amenities including pools, grills, gas fireplaces, tennis bocce, pickle ball, basketball, walking trails and open field areas. Cypress Lodge and Lake Timber Lodge offer resort style pools, full kitchen, and you can even reserve a cabana with a full size gas grill to Bbq with friends.

Town square offers restaurants, food trucks, outdoor concerts, DJ's, weekly activities. Neighborhood Publix, Starbucks, Nail Salon, Marshall's (opening soon), and many more.
