My home is the product of hard work and love my family and I put into the property. We wanted it to be special and feel welcome as soon as we walk into the house. The backyard is big and there's so much space for kids to play and family to gather and have fun. 3 rooms 2 full bathrooms makes this place big enough for the entire family. The kitchen style is perfect for a great cooking experience, the living room is comfortable and big for everyone in the family to gather and enjoy the stay. The location is simply the best, near shops, hospitals, doctor offices, banks, stores, etc. Publix shopping center is at walking distance as well Bob Evans and ABC liquor store, right off 41 takes you either north to Venice or Sarasota and South to Punta Gorda and Fort Myers. PG airport is at 12 min driving, 8 min to PG Downtown where most popular restaurants and shops are located at.

the host was pleasant and responsive. however, the home needs cleaned as there were cobwebs and dust on walls and in corners. the pictures did not match the beds, as there was a bed with no frame (sitting on floor was box springs and mattress). needs new pillows.

We stayed at this home for 6 weeks and were very comfortable from day one! The host was very communicative, helpful and friendly. The home had everything one could want or need including a waffle iron....very unusual. We loved the area and the convenience to activities, restaurants and grocery stores.

Pleasant location: green space to the east and south across street. Good location: quick access to Kings Hwy and 41 (Tamiami Trail). House: Clean. Spacious living area. Birds and bunnies are the song and show from the lanai. Glad we were here. THANKS

Nice week in Port Charlotte, FL

This home offered everything we needed while vacationing in Port Charlotte. Close to everything! We dined out, visited several restaurants beaches and shopped. Great communication with host. We felt right Ang home.

The house needs lots of work. The ceiling fan in the living room doesn’t shut off with a chain, only at the switch then then light also was off. Only lamp in the living room had an outlet that didn’t work. Sinks in both bathrooms dripped constantly & leaked so some of our things got wet under the sink. Second bathroom toilet runs all the time. Microwave doesn’t work, Water dispenser & ice maker don’t work. No kitchen towels or pot holders. Shrubs need trimmed by the road, it is very hard to back out onto the busy road.

Lovely home

The home had everything we needed. Convenient location to anything you need or want to do in sunny Florida. Host was quick to answer any question that we had, check in was easy and our stay was great. We would definitely stay with him again.

Great Spot for Couples with Pups

My husband and I came up with our puppies to get away for a weekend. Jay was extremely helpful and had great ideas to make our trip more enjoyable and responsive to my many questions regarding the upcoming storm while we were there. The wood stove was wonderful to sit in front of on a very cold day. The cabin was adorable and we will definitely come back if this place is available.
