Situated right on the edge of the lake with uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is the perfect spot for your Queenstown holiday.
The apartment is set over three levels with the twin bedroom on the top level, the spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area on the middle level and a queen bedroom, bathroom and master bedroom with en-suite on the bottom level. Both the mid and bottom level has extensive lakeside balconies with uninterrupted lake and mountain views.
Lakeside is located just minutes from central Queenstown. Enjoy a stroll or bike ride along the Frankton Track which will take you into town in just 15 minutes.

AGE OF GUESTS
Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period for all holiday homes is 3 nights, except during Christmas and New Year Periods where a minimum of 5 nights is required
âPlease note that the Villa del Lago complex has a strict âno partyâ policy. Such disruption within the complex or to other guests will be referred to the local policeâ. Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
Check in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out.
NO SMOKING POLICY -柀ć ć€çŠæąćžç -Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home, outside or in any of the common areas. Breach of this policy will result in a cleaning fee being applied to the guest who made the booking.
Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $75.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ.
As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap. The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies.
DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals.
This was a very special and much needed 5 day holiday and I thought I'd paid for a special home, with all the amenities that were advertised. BUT NO!!! It was disappointing from day 1 from the cleaning aspect, and the fact the gas fireplace was not working. (This was fixed on Monday day 3) The master bedroom wasn't that clean from day one, and then we discovered the mouldy curtains on day 3. The property manager agreed this wasn't acceptable and that it was mould. She offered to get them dry cleaned, but that would have left 2 nights without curtains???? The home owners stated their curtains were stained, not mouldy, and they think it's okay !! The photos clearly show mould. Also on day 3 the washing machine was used, but that was dirty too. Also day 3 the hob was used and when the extractor fan was used it was caked with oily grime.
After many conversations with the property managers they approached the owners for a partial refund. The owners refused any refund for mouldy curtains, fire not working etc etc which was very disappointing, as this was certainly not value for money !!! The property managers finally organized a refund of the cleaning fee.
These home owners are not offering what they say in their photos and home amenities. They have not acted in good faith or been KIND. My advice .... don't stay there.
